Research On The Evaluation Of The Mental Health Of Scientists And Technicians And Its Influencing Factors

In the report on the nineteen major tasks of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping once again proposed that we should "strengthen the construction of social psychological service system,foster self-esteem,self-confidence,rational peace and positive social mentality",and integrate the construction of social psychological service system as a new social policy of the central government into the social governance system and become a national strategy.As the core strength of national competitiveness,the mental health problems and social psychological service system of scientific and technological personnel have not been paid attention to yet.Therefore,this study attempts to explore the influence mechanism of psychological health of scientific and technological personnel,and provide basis for the construction of their social psychological service system.The general mental health scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,emotional labor strategy scale,social support scale and self-esteem scale were used to measure 605 scientific and technological personnel online through questionnaire stars.The results showed that:(1)62.72% of the scientists had mental health problems,17.69% had anxiety,14.21% had mild anxiety,2.98% had moderate anxiety and 0.5% had severe anxiety.The mental health of science and technology personnel is affected by gender,whether they are the only child or not,and emotional state.The mental health problems of women,not only children and poor emotional state are more serious.The mental health of science and technology personnel is not affected by their political appearance,marriage,age,level of education and research pressure.There are differences in gender,marital status,age,education level,emotional state and scientific research pressure among scientific and technological personnel.Female,unmarried,20-35-year-old,undergraduate,poor emotional state and scientific research pressure is higher.The anxiety level of researchers is not affected by the political situation and whether they are the only ones.It can be seen that the mental health problems of scientific and technological personnel are serious.(2)The selfesteem of scientific and technological personnel is in the upper middle level,and is affected by their political outlook,marriage,age,emotional state,education level,and research pressure.The self-esteem of Party members,married,over 35 years old,bachelor degree or above,high research pressure,and good emotional state of scientific and technological personnel is higher;the self-esteem of scientific and technological personnel is not affected by gender and whether they are the only ones ?(3)Social support is at a medium level,and affected by the political outlook,marriage,age,emotional state,education level,and research pressure,the social support level of Party members,married,over 46 years old,in a good emotional state,under research pressure,and under undergraduate education is higher;the social support of scientific and technological personnel does not have gender and whether they are only Difference means that the social support of scientific and technological personnel is not affected by their gender and whether they are the only ones.(4)Science and technology personnel's emotional labor strategy is at a high level,and affected by their political outlook and the degree of research pressure.Non party members and science and technology personnel with medium research pressure need to pay more emotional labor strategies;science and technology personnel's emotional labor strategy is not affected by gender,whether they are only or not,whether they are married,age,education level and emotional state.(5)There is a significant correlation between anxiety and mental health,self-esteem,social support,total scores and sub dimensions of emotional labor strategies.Anxiety has a significant positive correlation with emotional labor strategies,and a significant negative correlation with social support and self-esteem.(6)The fitting index of the structure model is X2/df = 1.374,RMR = 0.045,IFI= 0.95,CFI = 0.94,RMSEA = 0.037.Among them,selfesteem has a direct and significant impact on emotional labor strategy,emotional labor strategy has a direct and significant impact on mental health,self-esteem has a significant impact on social support,social support has a direct and significant impact on mental health,self-esteem has no direct impact on mental health,and indirectly affects mental health through social support and emotional labor strategy;The structural equation model of anxiety is well fitted,and its fitting index is X2/df=1.562,RMR=0.045,IFI= 0.928,CFI=0.926,RMSEA=0.046,Among them,self-esteem has a direct and significant impact on emotional labor strategy,emotional labor strategy has a direct and significant impact on mental health,selfesteem has a significant impact on social support,self-esteem has a direct and significant impact on mental health,but also indirectly through social support and emotional labor strategy.(7)To promote the construction of the social psychological service system of scientific and technological personnel mainly includes the construction of the organizational structure,working mode,platform construction, team construction,service content and service effect evaluation of the social psychological service of scientific and technological personnel.
