With the rapid development of Internet information technology,social networks have met the psychological needs of many users with a new look and diverse functions.The social network has established a virtual community with comprehensive functions for groups of common interests,and the social media is not limited to the computer side,and the mobile terminal can also operate.In this community,you can post personal status,browse and like friends,and interact with friends,etc.,which greatly expands and facilitates people's social activities.However,the excessive use of social networks will also bring adverse effects on people's lives,and serious overuse will cause addiction,which will not only cause various negative effects on individuals,but also cause various potential social problems.As an active group used by social networks,college students can easily overuse social networks due to factors such as weak executive control,poor emotional regulation ability,and low social support,which can form dependent behaviors and affect their daily learning and life.This study sorts out relevant research on social networks and their addictions at home and abroad.Based on this,college students from L University in L City are surveyed.Data are collected through questionnaires and interviews.Social network relationship dependence tendency scale is used for college students.In the group with high levels of social network addiction,they are sorted according to the score from high to low,and the 20 students with the higher scores are the objects of further interview.According to the principle of voluntary participation in group activities,finally 12 students were selected as the research objects of this study.All the students with odd serial number were taken as the experimental group and all the students withdouble serial number as the control group.Under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,six students in the experimental group were involved in the practice of growing group work,and were observed in the process of group activities.After group activities,questionnaire and interview were used to evaluate the effect of group activities.The results of the experimental group and the control group show that after group activities,the students in the experimental group improve the irrational cognition of social network use,reduce the level of social network addiction,and improve the ability of self-management and control of social network.Therefore,the growing group work has a positive effect on improving the level of social network addiction of college students.
