Under the background of the rapid development of national economy and the dual structure of urban and rural areas, the trend of rural population flowing to the city will continue to develop, and the scale of migrant workers in the city will continue to expand. This trend is especially obvious in the southeast coastal cities. In recent years, parents with their minor children have become the main form of mobility, which means that migrant children gradually become an important part of the floating population.Migrant workers' children are divorced from their original living environment and way of life, breaking the original balanced communication mode, and coming to the new school.Because there are certain differences between migrant workers' children and their classmates living in the city in terms of culture, habits, character, language, clothing and performance, they generally don't know how to treat these differences, and they will have their own views less than others. In addition, migrant children don't know how to get along with their classmates and teachers, and they don't know how to deal with the problem of declining performance in school. Therefore, they often feel confused and frustrated.Over time, they form a low self-esteem mentality, which leads to low interpersonal skills.Based on the "you and my family" project of Guangzhou s Community Service Center, this study takes the children of migrant workers as the research object, according to the research methods of questionnaire, interview, literature, etc.,to understand the real needs of migrant workers' children in Guangzhou x school.According to their physiological and psychological characteristics, the author works as migrant workers in Guangzhou s community service center Our children carry out group activities of "approach you, warm me".Under the guidance of group dynamics theory and social learning theory, social workers use reciprocal groups to help group members solve interpersonal problems in school. In the process of group work, social workers record the process of group work and the changes of group members' ideas and actions in detail. At last, evaluate the changes of group members before and after to analyze the role of group work in improving the interpersonal communication ability of migrant workers' children, and draw scientific and feasible suggestions to help migrant workers' children better integrate into the new school. The migrant children in school who are experiencing the stage of changing from natural person to social person have a high plasticity. They use the power of reciprocal group to help group members get peer support from the group, and help them improve their social ability so that when they leave their hometown and enter, they can integrate into the students' group and live a normal life in school. The research is a relatively new topic put forward in combination with the urgent needs of migrant children in school, which has a certain era value and research space. The research is a reciprocal group activity which is carried out in combination with the urgent needs of migrant children in school. It has certain practical significance to promote the development of migrant children's sound personality and healthy growth. However, due to the heterogeneity of the factors such as the lack of knowledge and skills and the economic culture of the research location, the research can not represent all the cases of the same type, and the research is not universal. In addition, the researchers lack practical experience, and there are different problems in the process of improving the interpersonal skills of migrant children in school.Using small reciprocal group work to study migrant children's intervention, there are certain defects in solving the problem of migrant children with serious interpersonal problems,so it is inevitable to provide services for the case owner There will be some imperfections.
