| The communist party of China 19 put forward greatly to rural compulsory education to new heights,building the mode of integration of urban and rural education balanced development urban driving the development of rural education,realize urban and rural compulsory education development mechanism of the education comprehensively In rural teachers,PE teachers is a very special groups,PE teachers’ work enthusiasm Teaching quality is closely related to teachers’ happiness.However,under the limitation of rural actual conditions,physical education teachers bear great pressure in the teaching process.This thesis takes rural primary school physical education teachers in Dalian city as the investigation object,and adopts the method of documentary data questionnaire survey With the interview method and mathematical statistics method,the occupational happiness of PE teachers in rural primary schools and the related factors affecting occupational happiness were investigated,and targeted opinions and suggestions were put forward.A total of 182 rural primary schools in Dalian were surveyed and 302 questionnaires were issued,291 of which were valid samples.Among the five dimensions of the survey,the scores from high to low were: job security,love and belonging value,materialistic conditions of social status;Female teachers than male teachers vocational happiness high older teachers vocational happiness is higher than the younger College degree of PE teachers’ professional happiness than any other degree of teachers’ experience short PE teachers’ professional well-being is higher than the school age of PE teachers’ title high PE teachers is lower than the title of the PE teachers’ professional happiness;There are significant differences in the occupational happiness of PE teachers.According to the investigation,the order of factors leading to lack of occupational happiness is as follows: students are difficult to control,parents do not cooperate with salary and pay is not suitable,the work is tedious,and the mechanical school cannot evaluate their efforts at work correctly.Rural physical education teachers have low social status and high requirements,and they cannot obtain professional autonomy in education And the order of factors of occupational happiness is: job stability,sense of achievement,common growth and development of teachers and students like teachers’ professional work,harmonious collective relationship.Suggestions: increase the investment of rural physical education funds;Reasonable distribution of rural PHYSICAL education teachers workload,reduce physical education teachers work pressure;Establish reasonable evaluation system and support mechanism;Create a good social sports atmosphere;Strengthen personal cultivation and ability,plan career development,explore the local education and physical education teachers actively organize local sports activities to promote the common progress of teachers and students to improve the professional happiness of rural physical education teachers. |
