The size of the teachers' comprehensive quality and ability,will directly determine the merits of the quality of school education.And improve teachers' professional development is ultimately reached the basic way to improve teachers' quality.The process of teachers' professional development is to realize their own value,is also the process of continuously meet the demand of education development.For new physical education teachers,the teachers' professional development should have its development focus and emphasis.This paper mainly through literature,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods,based on a random sample of nanchang 2015 new 30 primary and middle school physical education teachers as the research object,to take part in the nanchang 80 excellent backbone teachers teachers' basic skills training as investigation object,and to undertake the training of six nanchang research staff to interview and investigation object,in east China jiaotong university,nanchang university,jiangxi normal university professor of sports education as the object of interview.Research new "core" of PE teachers' professional development and development countermeasures.The following conclusions:New primary and secondary school physical education teachers have their own advantages but insufficient cognition of professional development;New primary and secondary school physical education teachers teaching ability is insufficient;Should be "core" in physical education teaching ability for professional development;Improve the ability of middle and primary school sports teaching countermeasures should learn section points subject combining with teaching practice to the understanding of the curriculum standard implementation;Through the "mentoring" new sports teachers' teaching ability;Through the view model lesson,teaching case analysis,the old teacher to listen to a review of the newteacher of improve the new teachers' teaching ability;By comparing the good lesson plans and self-reflection improve the new teachers' teaching abilityAdvice:1 new primary and secondary school physical education teachers to promote the training of teacher's professional development should be to improve the teaching ability for the "core"2 new primary and secondary school physical education teachers to promote the training of teacher's professional development should be "ground"3 new primary and secondary school physical education teachers to improve teachers' professional training should be given priority to with practical teaching...
