| With the rapid development of information technology,the value of the Internet advanced,fast and universal values has been increasingly emphasized by the educational circles.The flipped classroom is adorable under this opportunity.As a new teaching mode,the flipped classroom teaching has changed the traditional teaching method of "teaching before studying",so that all kinds of teaching links are not confined to the classroom.The first mock exam is based on the information-based teaching environment,and the classroom teaching resources are used as media.The students can learn independently through class information,such as the study of the classroom,the cooperation in class,the internalization of learning,and the study of the after class system.This mode has reformed the drawbacks of traditional physical education teaching efficiency and the lack of mastery of the students' skills.This paper takes the tennis teaching reform as the breakthrough point,applies the flipped classroom model to the tennis teaching,aims to explore the application effect of the flipped classroom teaching model in the tennis elective course of male college students,in order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching method.In this paper,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,taking two boys' classes in the 2018 class of physical education elective course of Dalian Neusoft Information College as the experimental objects,a 16 week teaching experiment will be carried out,in which the flipped classroom teaching and traditional physical education will be applied to students' special physical quality,tennis basic technology and tennis learning The influence of interest is analyzed comparatively.After the teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of physical quality,flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively improve the performance of cross cycle running and standing long jump compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,while there is little difference between the two teaching modes for the performance of one minute rope skipping.2.In terms of skill assessment,the flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional physical education teaching mode both improved the number of hitting points and technical evaluation results of forehand and backhand after the experiment,showing significant differences,but generally speaking,the flipped classroom teaching mode is better.3.In terms of tennis learning interest,flipped classroom teaching is more effective than traditional physical education in reducing learning passivity,improving learning enthusiasm,skill mastery,participation in extracurricular activities and sports attention,which is more conducive to mobilizing students' learning initiative,stimulating students' motivation andenhancing students' interest.Advices advocated: 1.When implementing flipped classroom teaching,teachers should focus on improving students 'self-control ability,shaping the attributes of autonomous learning,and inspiring students' learning initiative.2.Actively integrate students into the arrangement of tennis preschool teaching resources.The arrangement of teaching resources should be in line with the student-centered and teacher-led teaching concept.3.When implementing flipped classroom teaching,emphasis should be placed on strengthening the cooperative inquiry ability between teachers and students,by setting up problem situations to guide students in an inquiry-based learning atmosphere,and by increasing the awareness of cooperation and assistance between teachers and students to enhance students' ability to analyze and solve problems.4.Enhance teachers' Internet operation ability,train teachers' advanced teaching design thinking,and improve teachers' teaching business ability. |
