In the process of national economy chugging along talent competition is becoming very serious,through the school learning is every school-age children must be the path of the heaviest and well-being,and the advantages and disadvantages of grades is a key factor determine the direction of the future students.In order to enable children to get better growth and development,parents pay more and more attention to education.School education has been unable to meet the competitive needs of parents and students for learning,so there are various types of after-school tutoring institutions in the market and around schools.Although in recent years,the government has issued a series of policies to reduce the burden of students,but now the phenomenon of extracurricular tutoring has increased.Extracurricular tutoring institutions have almost become an important part of every student's learning and growth.Although there is no fixed establishment of teachers in tutoring institutions,teachers in tutoring institutions,like teachers in public schools,assume the responsibility of teaching and educating people."Learn to behave like a teacher",their words and deeds are also influencing the growth of China's youth.In recent years,the research on teachers' professional identity by Chinese scholars has been more and more in-depth.Based on this situation,the author focuses on the "running class" teachers in social counseling institutions,and hopes to conduct in-depth research from the sociological perspective to explore the professional identity of "running class" teachers under the rapid development of social counseling institutions.The "running class" teacher of social counseling organization refers to the social personnel who wander among various counseling organizations all the year round and are engaged in the work of teachers without fixed establishment.Combining with the results of domestic and foreign scholars reach and the related theory of teacher professionalization this paper adopts the method of empirical investigation,takes the actual situation of teachers running classes in tutoring institutions as the basis,and selects the co-operating teachers of M campus of X training school in C city as the case.First of all,on the basis of fully understanding the basic information of Teachers' age,education background,cultural level,family environment background and salary level,this paper analyzes the status quo of teachers' professional identity from theperspective of teachers' salary,satisfaction,sense of competence and professional commitment.The study found that the overall status of the professional identity of the teachers in the tutoring institutions is at a medium level,among which the level of professional competence and job satisfaction Is very low,this article also in the study,this paper analyses the causes of differences of different variable factors,found there were differences in gender,age,and salary,and the reasons for differences were analyzed,and combined with analysis of the existing problems and the differences in the variables of the vocational identity of the running class teachers in the counseling institutions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the professional identity of the running class teachers in the counseling institutions,so as to promote the healthier and more perfect development of the education in the counseling institutions.
