Teaching materials have a guiding role in classroom teaching.The compilation and use of teaching materials are related to whether teachers can effectively teach each lesson.The compilation of music textbooks in China is closely related to the music curriculum standard.Under the influence of the compilation policy of "one program with many books",there are 11 versions of music textbooks.The value orientation and emphasis of different editions of music textbooks are also different.This paper takes Liaohai edition and Huacheng edition as the object of comparative study,aiming at the content,regional culture and other aspects of the two editions of music textbooks.In this research,we will get the differences and characteristics of music textbooks,provide theoretical support for basic educators,and contribute to promote the primary school music textbooks.This paper takes the primary school music textbooks of Liaohai and Huacheng editions as the research object.Additionally,it collects,analyzes and arranges a large number of literature related to this topic by using the method of literature and materials.And it will use the excellent experience and achievements of predecessors for reference to carry out a comparative study on the content and characteristics of the primary school music textbooks of Liaohai and Huacheng editions.Last but not least,it provides theoretical support for the paper through extensive collection of literature related to the music textbooks.By using the method of comparative analysis,this paper compares the knowledge and skill value orientation,aesthetic value orientation,humanistic value and compilation features of the two editions of textbooks,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two editions of textbooks,and lays the foundation for the suggestions of textbook compilation.With the method of examples,this paper focuses on the comparative analysis of the contents of a certain chapter and a certain section of the two editions of textbooks,and obtains the emphasis of the two editions of textbooks.The paper is mainly divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,theoretical significance,application value,research status and research methods at home and abroad.The second chapter is an overview of the two versions of music textbooks,whichsummarizes the primary school music textbooks of Liaohai edition and Huacheng edition.The third chapter is the comparative analysis of the two editions of music textbooks.It compares the knowledge and skill value orientation,aesthetic value orientation and humanistic value research in the primary school music textbooks of Liaohai edition and Huacheng edition,analyzes the characteristics of the music textbooks of Liaohai edition and Huacheng edition,studies the regional characteristics of the two editions of music textbooks,and summarizes the compilation of the unified South and North music textbooks under the background of the new curriculum standard.The fourth chapter is to provide some suggestions for the compilation of regional and general textbooks.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.This study shows that the compilation of Liaohai edition and Huacheng edition of primary school music textbooks closely follows the music curriculum standard.In terms of the content of music textbooks,Liaohai edition of music textbooks pays more attention to the cultivation of music creativity,and Huacheng edition of music textbooks has more abundant music expression elements.In terms of the characteristics of music textbooks,Liaohai edition of music textbooks is related to actual life and has rich cultural content,while Huacheng edition's music teaching materials have a wide range of repertoire and strong practicability.
