In recent years,especially after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state attach great importance to the construction of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers in primary and secondary schools,and a series of measures have been put forward.In today's era,the teachers of Ideological and political course are not only engineers of human soul,but also take the responsibility of cultivating people by casting soul.At the same time,ideological and political disciplines in the school's positioning,the complexity of teaching tasks and their own development limitations and other difficulties,the emergence of job burnout will be more serious than other disciplines.Teachers' job burnout not only affects teachers' health,but also has a negative impact on the development of national education in the long run.In addition,the profession of teachers has its particularity.It is very important to find ways and patterns to help teachers alleviate or eliminate their job burnout.The purpose of this study is to help junior middle school ideological and political teachers get through the period of job burnout,explore the deep-seated reasons,and help teachers achieve their own professional development.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part,mainly on the basis of topics,research purposes,value of the exposition,as well as domestic and foreign research status and research results.The second part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis.The theoretical basis of the study is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,resource conservation theory,social competency model,etc.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of the ideological and political teachers' job burnout in Luoyang.Using questionnaire and interview method to investigate the current situation of Ideological and political teachers in Luoyang junior middle school,using spss25.0 to process and analyze the data in the questionnaire,in order to make the data collection and processing more credible.The fourth part is the cause of the burnout of Ideological and political teachers in Luoyang.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and the interview records,we know that the main factors that cause the burnout of Ideological and political teachers in Luoyang junior middle school are: unreasonable social expectations,low income level,managers don't pay attention to it,single and solid teaching methods,relatively low social evaluation of subject status.All of these will have a negative impact on Teachers' professional development.The fifth part,in view of the situation of Ideological and political teachers' job burnout in Luoyang junior middle school,puts forward countermeasures to prevent and alleviate the job burnout from the three aspects of society,school and teachers themselves.At the social and government levels,we should place reasonable social expectations,comprehensively improve the status and treatment of teachers,and establish a social support system for ideological and political teachers in junior high schools;at the school level,we should give more support to ideological and political teachers,improve the management system of Ideological and Political Teachers,improve the evaluation system of Ideological and political teachers and the professional title evaluation system;at the individual level,we should improve the theoretical level,improve teaching skills,enhance the leading role of demonstration,etc.The sixth part,combined with the interview case analysis,concludes that the ideological and political teachers in Luoyang junior middle school have a certain degree of job burnout,and reflect on the existing problems and shortcomings.
