Physics is an experiment-based natural science.Scientific inquiry is an important aspect that has been emphasized in our country since the new curriculum reform.Using inquiry experiment to carry out physics teaching can not only help students to understand physics theory better,but also improve students' scientific thinking ability such as observation,operation,analysis and summary,improve their core accomplishment of physics subject,and lay a good foundation for their lifelong learning and development.This thesis is divided into six parts: introduction,current situation review and basic theory,current situation investigation,problems existing in high school physics inquiry experiment,corresponding solution strategies and conclusions,the key part is to improve the effectiveness of junior high school physics inquiry experiment.Through reading books and so on,I first combed the research results of inquiry teaching at home and abroad,and defined and discussed the relevant core concepts under the guidance of the theory of inquiry teaching by Zachman,Bruner's discovery learning theory and constructivism theory.Through questionnaire survey and classroom observation,the present situation of physics inquiry experiment teaching in senior high school is studied and analyzed The following problems were found :1.The understanding of inquiry experiment teaching is not deep;2.The teaching of inquiry experiment is not handled carefully;3.The formalization phenomenon is serious;4.The lack of educational resources and other problems,and focus on the analysis of inquiry-based experimental links of the causes of problems.In view of the problems,I put forward some corresponding suggestions :1.Strengthen the understanding of inquiry-based experimental teaching;2.Improve each link of inquiry-based experimental teaching;3.Improve the evaluation system to promote educational reform;4.Improve educational resources.This paper also discusses the application of teaching strategies in two teaching classes of inquiry physics experiment in grade two.
