Japanese school education has a long tradition of career guidance and outlet guidance. At the turn of the century,Japan's economy and society are undergoing rapid changes. The employment system is changing rapidly. There are obvious problems in the transition of students from school to occupation. The traditional occupation guidance and outlet guidance have been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the times. In order to cope with the new situation,at the turn of the century, the Japanese government proposed to construct a career education system from primary school to university,to set up teenagers' career and labor views, and to promote the students' complete transition from school to career.Because students are faced with important choices, high school career education is the top priority of the whole career education system. After 20 years of exploration,Japanese high school career education has achieved certain results.Career experience activities are the key to the success of career education in Japanese high schools. This paper attempts to focus on the career experience activities in Japan's high school career education and analyze the reasons for the success of Japan's high school career education from the perspective of career experience activities through policy combing and practical cases.Career experience is a complicated systematic project involving all aspects of society. At the macro policy level, the Japanese government has issued relevant policies to encourage the wide participation of all sectors of society. At the level of system building, the government takes the lead in building a variety of cooperation platforms for professional experience activities with the active participation of all sectors of society. At the practical level, various localities have adapted to local conditions and formed different multi-agent cooperation modes. The paper holds that policy-oriented,pluralistic and open cooperation network and flexible social resource integration mechanism are the important conditions forthe smooth development of high school career experience activities in Japan and the reasons for the success of high school career education in Japan. However, there are still some bottlenecks in the formation of multi-agent participation in this field, which are mainly manifested in the following two aspects: the tendency of ordinary high schools to pursue further studies;Enterprises lack the drive of economic benefits. Our government can learn the following experience from Japan's localization practice in developing high school career education: attach importance to macro-level policy guidance;Building a medium-level promotion carrier;Encourage independent practice at the micro level.
