Nowadays,the connection between vocational education and school education is becoming more and more close,and career enlightenment and career planning are gradually becoming an important part of school education.However,our career education is largely focused on the university stage.The primary school stage,which is the beginning of a correct career awareness,is less involved,let alone in the form of a professional experience.In 2017,the "Guidelines for the Curriculum of Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools" was officially promulgated.As a new field,the professional experience is listed as one of the four major activities,and its importance is self-evident.However,the lack of understanding of the professional consciousness of students at this stage and the lack of effective design resources for activities have made the activities still have great resistance.Therefore,it is a key research content to investigate the current status quo and design the activity from the perspective of the experience learning circle.In view of this,this study first analyzes the literatures such as experiential learning and professional experience through literature analysis,and finds existing problems and deficiencies.Secondly,through the investigation method and statistical analysis method,the investigation of the comprehensive practice activities and the status quo of the primary school students' occupational awareness are investigated,and the preliminary academic situation and research feasibility are explored.Thirdly,based on the theory of experiential learning circle,the design and study of the professional experience activities in the middle and upper grades of elementary school,including the basic elements such as goal,content,implementation and evaluation.Finally,provide specific career cases for reference.Through the preliminary investigation,it is found that the student's professional consciousness has not shown a step-growth form with the increase of age,indicating that the activity has its necessity to open.Therefore,the objectives are stated according to the characteristics of the activities,the target design strategy,etc.,and the content is divided into two dimensions: horizontal and vertical.At the same time,from the perspective of experiential learning circle,the various aspects of the implementation of the activity are clarified and the evaluation principles,contents and methods are covered in the evaluation.In order to promote the effective implementation of the activities,on the basis of the construction,the case of the judiciary as a specific occupation is provided to help the rational implementation of the activities.
