Japanese Career Education is one of basic education activities, which can achieve the aims of school education and educational philosophy. To be similar to the general studies, the moral studies, and the special activities, Japanese Career Education is regarded as a specific teaching subject in Japanese school educations. Therefore, Career Guidance of such education requires juveniles, in various phases of their school education, to deepen their cognition of self-dependent living as well as their career, and thus achieves self-realization in their career after graduation.Consisting of four parts, this paper mainly expounds high school Career Guidance with Japanese career education ideology.Chapter one is about reform of Japanese Career Education and Career Guidance, namely, Japanese Vocational Guidance, Career Guidance and Career Education.Chapter two is about theoretic foundation of Japanese High School Career Guidance, namely, Career Guided theory, Career Adaptation theory and Career Development theory.Chapter three is about the present situation of its implementation in Japan. It mainly tells about the plan and implementation, content and measures of it and what the teacher's role is during this process.Chapter four is about the features of it. Based on the above three chapters, the author draws the following conclusion: it is school-centered multi-cooperation; it attaches much importance to adaptability of the students; it relies heavily on a variety of social practice.
