Educational poverty alleviation is the fundamental plan of poverty alleviation development.On the one hand,education poverty alleviation helps the poor to make up for the shortcomings of education,on the other hand,it relies on education poverty alleviation to help the poor get rid of poverty and become rich by improving their knowledge and ability.If poor people want to get rid of poverty and become rich,education poverty alleviation is the most effective and longest way.Educational poverty alleviation can make the poor get rid of poverty completely,eliminate the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and promote the poor to realize the important conditions from blood transfusion capacity to hematopoietic capacity.Pingwu County,as a state-level poverty-stricken county,the government has made unremitting efforts in actively exploring the education poverty alleviation,and has achieved poverty alleviation in May 2019.Pingwu County for the effectiveness of education poverty alleviation research and analysis and enlightenment as a reference to other similar poor areas to further enhance the capacity of the poverty alleviation of education has a certain reference significance.This paper takes Pingwu County,a state-level poverty-stricken county in Sichuan Province,as the research object,comprehensively uses the research methods of literature analysis,unstructured interview and case analysis,through full access to relevant literature at home and abroad,combines the theory of public goods,education equity theory,balanced development theory and good governance theory,studies the unique educational poverty alleviation of Pingwu County.The main course and the successful experiences are introduced.at the same time,the means,measures and strategies of educational poverty alleviation in Pingwu County are analyzed as follows:Firstly,the government guarantees the fairness of education for poor students in Pingwu by ensuring the fairness of educational facilities,teaching and teaching conditions and students' access opportunities.Secondly,the government through the integration of basic education resources,optimize the structure of education,vocational education and employment closely linked,while high school cooperation in running schools,improve the quality of education,so as to ensure the balanced development of Pingwu education in the county.Finally,the Pingwu County government fully integrates a variety of special poverty alleviation,plays the role of education poverty alleviation and other poverty alleviation,stimulates the endogenous power of the poor people,supplemented by the support of enterprises and social forces,so that Pingwu County education can achieve a leap in quality.Through the research,this article believed that in Pingwu Education poverty alleviation case,must first guarantee the education poverty alleviation method the fair,next must pay more attention to the education poverty alleviation measure balanced,but also must emphasize the poverty alleviation strategic quality,three aspects close union,obtains from the education fair theory and the balanced development theory,through carries on the good governance to the education poverty alleviation Only in this way can we realize the fairness,balance and high quality of Pingwu Education poverty alleviation.
