Recitation is one of the effective methods in Chinese learning,which has been used since ancient times.In ancient education,both private and official schools attach importance to recitation.Private schools are represented by enlightenment education.The importance of recitation is reflected in both enlightenment teaching materials and methods.Recitation is regarded as the standard for selecting talents.In modern times,recitation experienced a hard time.During this period,many experts and scholars had insightful opinions on recitation.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,educators has focused on recitation teaching.Curriculum standard and Syllabus in each period have specific requirements for recitation,there are specific description about recitation either on numbers or contents.In fact,recitation is very important to Chinese teaching.The goal of Chinese teaching is to cultivate students' Chinese literacy,which involves listening,speaking,reading and writing,recitation plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of these four abilities.However,in the primary school Chinese classroom,the effect of recitation is not optimistic,therefore,a questionnaire was made in terms of habits,methods,teachers' and parents' awareness and guidance of recitation.Through the survey of primary school students,teachers,and parents,it summarizes the present situation of Chinese recitation and figures out the following problems: students lack good recitation habits and recitation methods.The method is relatively single.The content of recitation is limited to the insufficient teaching materials.The efficiency of recitation needs to be improved and so on.Teachers and families know the importance of recitation,but for a variety of reasons,they neglect guidance.In view of these problems,combined with the analysis of age characteristics of primary school students,the author put forward corresponding strategies from the three angles of students,teachers and parents.Respectively,they are to enhance the students' recitation consciousness and pay attention to the learning characteristics,cultivate the primary school students' interest on recitation and help primary school students to develop good recitation habits,give full play to the guiding role of teachers and improve students' recitation from three aspects: recitation methods,contents and valuation ability.What's more,attach importance to the auxiliary role of parents to create a suitable family environment for children to recite.To a certain extent,the author hopes to improve the current situation of primary school students' recitation,and the efficiency of primary school students recitation.
