Research On Optimization Of Scientific Research Funds Management System In C University

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party put forward that innovation is the core element of leading development and the strategic support for building a modern national economy.This is a deeper expectation for researchers.The national development has put forward the new request to the scientific research work,the scientific research project funds management is also to the scientific research staff carries on the scientific research activity management important process,is the scientific research activity effective carries on the important guarantee,this has put forward the higher request to the present stage scientific research funds management.C colleges and universities,as ordinary colleges and universities in the western province,have a large number of scientific research personnel,and many complex applications for various research projects every year,which has made a great contribution to the scientific research cause of C colleges and universities.This is Based on the optimization of C university management system,people-oriented,give enough space for scientific research personnel,through the optimization of management system,improve the output of scientific research results,which brings important practical significance to the optimization of university scientific research funds management system.By means of questionnaire survey,this paper C the present management status of scientific research funds management system in colleges and universities.By analyzing the present situation,this paper puts forward the main problems that need to be improved,and thinks that there are some main problems,such as disjointed management system,insufficient incentive for scientific research personnel and lack of effective communication between departments.Found the necessity of optimizing the management system of scientific research funds in C colleges and universities,by querying a large number of documents,based on the incentive theory,select the variables that can affect the scientific research personnel to improve the scientific research output factors,build empirical analysis theoretical model,measure model variables and put forward research assumptions,and then analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good and suitable for factor analysis.finally,the conclusion is drawn by structural equation model:information synergy,audit supervision,integrity norms can enhance the scientific research output of researchers.According to the above research,colleges and universities in C should strengthen the communication and coordination of various functional departments in the process of scientific research fund management,strengthen the audit supervision function in schools,set up a credit mechanism for scientific research,pay attention to the relative income level of scientific research personnel and avoid duplication,perfect the system and policy of scientific research fund management,so as to improve the scientific research output of scientific research personnel.
