Research On The Cultivation Of Higher-order Thinking Ability Of Undergraduates Majoring In Tourism Management

Tourism has become a national strategic pillar industry,and domestic tourism,outbound tourists and consumption have been increasing year by year.The huge demand for talents in the booming tourism industry and the insufficient supply of high-quality tourism talents has intensified.The rapid development of science and technology has raised people's proficiency in scientific skills and re-increased the breadth and depth of their knowledge.In order to keep up with the development of the information technology era and to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of tourism professionals,it is urgent to cultivate the advanced thinking ability of tourism undergraduates.Based on the status quo of the cultivation of higher-order thinking ability at home and abroad,this paper uses the theory of ternary intelligence,social constructivism,and the classification of Benjamin Bloom's educational goals as the theoretical basis.It has done a lot of research on high-order thinking ability and its training mode.Methodologically,the literature analysis method is mainly used for the collection of papers and data.It summarizes the background and current status of the research and explains important concepts such as higher-order thinking,higher-order learning,and higher-order thinking ability in detail.The form investigates and analyzes the status quo of the cultivation of higher-order thinking ability of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management and the current situation of talent needs of tourism enterprises,and concludes that there is an unclear goal of cultivating tourism undergraduates in the development of high-level thinking skills of tourism undergraduates Cognition of thinking ability,inadequate curriculum system for the cultivation of higher-order thinking ability,lack of teachers,insufficient support from all parties,etc.,and then using factor analysis to determine the four major factors influencing the cultivation of higher-order thinking ability in tourism management undergraduates: Based on these four major factors,creative thinking,decision-making thinking ability,problem-solving ability,and critical thinking ability,we have further grasped the needs of tourism enterprises for tourism undergraduate students 'ability and borrowed from other professional and expert scholars' higher-order thinking The construction of the capacity indicator system and the establishment of tourism Science majors higher-order thinking skills index system,the paper last train tourism management undergraduate higher-order thinking skills of rationalization proposals.
