| The general course of badminton in physical education institutions has made great contributions to the development of badminton.The teaching level of the general course of badminton will affect the future development of badminton in China.In the Internet era,education and the Internet are more and more closely integrated.With the rise of mobile Internet,physical education is not limited to the sports field.Actively exploring the deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching,and fully integrating teaching resources can maximize students' interest in learning and effectively promote the improvement of students' independent learning ability.The teaching quality of badminton general course in physical education colleges and universities provides a solid foundation for the cultivation of Badminton Reserve Talents in China.This paper will take the badminton general course of Liaoning Normal University as the research object,find out the combination and fit point of mobile Internet elements and badminton general course through teaching experiments,and put forward corresponding teaching suggestions.Conclusion:1.Traditional badminton teaching for students,such as forehand high and far ball,forehand hit high and far ball for beginners easy to master the technical action of the promotion effect is good,such as forehand kill in a short period of time is difficult to grasp accurately,the improvement effect is at the normal level.2.In the process of teaching,the mobile Internet element is added to improve the effect of the students' forehand high ball and forehand hitting high ball,and the effect of the students' hard to grasp forehand killing is good.3.In the teaching process,the mobile Internet element is added,which has a significant effect on the technical actions that students can easily master for backhand serve and backhand net release,as well as the forehand drop ball that is difficult to master.4.In the teaching process,the mobile Internet element is added.For students' understanding of the basic rules of badminton,the overall level stability of badminton has been significantly improved,which also plays a role in promoting the cultivation of students' ability to explain technical movements.Through this research,we can know that the application of mobile Internet elements in teaching can promote the students' learning of technical actions in and out of the examination,which is conducive to improving the overall education and teaching quality of badminton in physical education colleges. |
