| In recent years,with the rapid development of college education,the national excellent sports culture has been effectively promoted and spread on campus.Under such a large environment,Health Qigong exercise is one of the representative projects,and it is therefore used in universities in China.China was quickly popularized and promoted.During the development of the Health Qigong cause,Liaoning Province actively responded to the national policy and strongly supported the activities of Health Qigong into campuses.The Health Qigong in colleges and universities has developed rapidly.Nowadays,more and more universities have offered Health Qigong courses and established Health Qigong competition teams.The teaching and training of Health Qigong is inseparable from the support of university teachers.Teachers are the foundation of learning and the source of learning.Based on the realistic background of educational modernization reform,this article explores the construction of health Qigong teachers in universities in Liaoning Province.This paper comprehensively uses the literature method,expert interview method,and mathematical statistics method to conduct an in-depth investigation on the current status of the modernization construction of a team of 34 Health Qigong teachers in 10 undergraduate colleges and universities in Liaoning Province.The specific contents of the survey mainly include 4 aspects : The first aspect is the current status of fitness qigong course construction,which consists of course objectives,course offerings,course content,course assessment and evaluation;The second aspect is the natural status of teachers,which consists of the number of Health Qigong teachers,the age structure,the academic structure,and the title structure;the third aspect is modernization of professional competence of teachers,which consists of teachers' morality,subject knowledge ability,sports practice ability,and information;The fourth aspect is the modernization of the management of the teacher team,which is composed of the current status of policies and regulations,the status of funding support,the employment of Health Qigong teachers,the evaluation and evaluation of Health Qigong teachers,and the motivation mechanism for Health Qigong teachers in universities;The fifth aspect is the modernization of the training of teachers,which is composed of teachers 'attitudes and training purposes for Health Qigong training,funding sources and the frequency of teachers' participation in training,training content and training effect satisfaction.Through investigation,it was found that there were problems in the modernization of fitness qigong teachers in 10 universities in Liaoning Province.The course is not ideal,the overall structureof the teachers was unreasonable,the quality of the teachers needed to be improved,the management of the teachers was flawed,and the teacher training system needed to be improved.The root cause of the above problems is found to be related to the poor development of the Health Qigong project in Liaoning Province,and the insufficient attention paid by the government and universities to the professional development of Health Qigong teachers.Faced with the above problems,this study proposes to give full play to the government's macro-control role and strengthen policy guidance;optimize the structure of Health Qigong teachers;improve the moral and professional capabilities of Health Qigong teachers;accelerate the establishment of a long-term management mechanism for Health Qigong teachers;and actively improve Liaoning Strategies for Provincial Health Qigong Teacher Training System.The aim is to promote the modernization of health Qigong teachers in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,to provide reference for the development of Health Qigong in Liaoning Province and to formulate policy plans for relevant government departments,and to promote the healthy development of Health Qigong in colleges. |
