An Empirical Study:the Current Situation Of Health Qigong Public Elective Courses In Fujian Municipal Colleges

The healthy Qigong is one of the most important projects in recent years to carry out the national fitness, however, because of the various provinces and cities regional differences in cultural construction, school level and other factors, the promotion of Qigong has some problems.Therefore,this article based on the college courses of FUJIAN province and uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expert interview method, mathematical statistics and induction and other research methods and research, and the teachers and students of universities and colleges respectively to investigate.Through the analysis of the basic situation of the teachers and students of the existing study, we can demonstration the current situation of undergraduate course colleges and universities set up Qigong classes of FUJIAN provinces. By investigating whether teachers have set up Qigong classes including the teaching qualification, students'learning Qigong intention survey and the combination of each school site environmental conditions analysis, we can demonstrates the current situation and future potential of undergraduate course colleges which has set up Qigong classes.The study based on the eight key investigation analysis including teachers' age structure, teachers' education level, teachers' professional title structure, health Qigong site facilities, students to interest in learning, students learn Qigong Qigong culture connotation, for a student health Qigong for physical quality, the influence of students' fitness Qigong effects for the development of physical and mental and physical benefits.This paper specifically pointed out.that for the general people who promote healthy Qigong should emphasis on the key factors including health Qigong curriculum design, healthy Qigong teacher training education, and the institution of the existing facilities dedicated facilities construction, Qigong should be given to strengthen to help promote health Qigong teaching environment and conditions, can help improve health Qigong teaching teacher's enthusiasm, this factors can helo promote healthy Qigong.This thesis also promote healthy Qigong to develop and implement of FUJIAN provinces' undergraduate course colleges and universities which has set up the Qigong class, and points out that the present situation of the encountered problems and relative solution suggestions, such as the suggestion that invest their resources and improve the health Qigong teaching environment as soon as possible in order to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers for teaching, for possible future teacher talent gap problem, should be as soon as possible to implement in the cultivation of talents, in view of the course is not enough diversity fitness Qigong classes, the lessons must be on the gathering of the material and the curriculum design of the key factors, to carry out fitness Qigong provide reference for the related education unit.
