The Theoretical Study Of System Construction Of Health Qigong Teaching And Training Bases In Liaoning Province

This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example to explain the composition of health Qigong training bases in Liaoning Province from the theoretical aspects of sports management. Based on the development situation of health Qigong in Liaoning Province and the investigation of practitioners’cognition need, it is to analyze the position of health Qigong training bases in Liaoning Province, the indicators structure of relevant hardware and software and the specific operation mode of teaching training in training bases to provide theory and practical standard for approval procedure and assessment models. Also it is full of important strategic significance to the sustainable development and the further promotion of health Qigong in the new historical period.This paper uses methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, field work and other research methods, and takes the structure system of health Qigong training base of Liaoning Province as the research object to analyze the position of health Qigong training bases in Liaoning Province, the indicators structure of relevant hardware and software and the specific operation mode and assessment models.It is found that the current promotion mode of health Qigong is mainly site-promotion in Liaoning Province. Although this mode meets the fitness needs of middle-aged, in the new historical period, this single mode could not meet people at all levels of people’s needs. The contradictions between improving and popularity of Qigong, and the contradictions between fitness function and cultural heritage is increasingly obvious.To establish teaching Qigong training base, and solve the current conflicts with professional teaching faculty and environment, it tries to meet the different people’s needs in Qigon. So it meets the needs of Qigong market and nationwide fitness. But it does not have an independent training center in terms of teaching Qigong. According to the current conditions, it is not the time set up an independent teaching training center of health Qigong. It should be based on some institutions which are available in corresponding conditions to build health Qigong teaching training bases through sharing resources. The system model of health Qigong teaching training bases are mainly made up of the hardware module, software module, running modules and evaluation modules. It is to establish corresponding evaluation indicators and teachers’qualifications indicators in health Qigong teaching bases, and gradually perfect the monitoring system of health Qigong teaching bases and early complete the construction and development of health Qigong training teaching bases. So it will play a part in the teaching bases to further promote and improve the popularity and practical scientific research of health Qigong.This paper aims at building operational mode of health Qigong teaching bases which takes teaching as the main subject with the scientific research, and trying to make the bases have multitier functions with Qigong training, efficacy testing, and local popular Qigong which is organized and innovated. At the appropriate moment, it is relied on the training bases to promote related health Qigong clubs. If it is permitted, the second training bases could be set in the favorable conditions of Qigong training bases, in order to form hierarchical management mode. In the form of win-win cooperation to make Qigong step into the clubs, it will lay the early foundation for the further socialization and mercerization of health Qigong.
