As one of the most attractive and ornamental ice sports,ice hockey has maintained a strong development momentum in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province in recent years.This winter sports program not only enriches the physical fitness of the masses of the masses in Hangzhou,but also greatly stimulates their enthusiasm for participation.It is also a successful example of the traditional winter sports in northern China.However,compared with the current urban economic development speed in Hangzhou and the demand of urban residents for sports and fitness activities,as well as the residents' ability to consume sports,the promotion speed of ice hockey training products is far from meeting expectations,making it still a minority sports project..Therefore,based on the theory of innovation diffusion,this study combines sports marketing,ice hockey training and other related literatures to study the influencing factors of Hangzhou c company ice hockey training product marketing,and then draws the promotion of c company ice hockey training products in Hangzhou market.And developing marketing strategies.This study uses the innovation adoption rate as the conceptual model in the innovation diffusion theory.Through relevant literature research,expert qualitative interviews and c company ice hockey training product marketing case analysis,the marketing factor model of Hangzhou c company ice hockey training products is proposed.At the same time,the development process of Hangzhou ice hockey is reviewed,and then its development status is summarized and analyzed.And research and analysis of the externalenvironment of the hockey sports related industry faced by c company ice hockey training products marketing.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The innovative cognitive attributes of the influencing factors are mainly influenced by the ice hockey culture concept,the intensity of product experience activities,the entertainment and interaction of products,the direct and indirect cost of training or competition,the location of ice rinks and supporting facilities..2.The channel factors in the influencing factors are mainly influenced by the interpersonal relationship and communication ability of the hockey sports promotion team,the ice hockey training system,the activities and the competition system;3.The time factor of the influencing factors is mainly affected by the time of the students and parents and the coach team,the popularity and influence of the ice hockey coach;4.The social system factors influencing factors are mainly influenced by national and local policies,regional natural conditions and culture.Based on the research results,the feasible countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:First,relying on the content innovation of ice hockey training products to reduce the price and cost of ice hockey training products is the primary task of speeding up the promotion of ice hockey in Hangzhou to raise awareness and popularity.It is also necessary to carry out free experience activities for the target population,improve the product's interaction and entertainment level;integrate similar or related sports projects;attract and invest funds,upgrade and upgrade the ice rink facilities.Second,build a communication platform,actively organize and participate in various activities and competitions related to ice hockey,share communication channels;adhere to the marketing model of all employees.Third,adhere to the flexibility of training time;train and introduce excellentice hockey coaches,promote and enhance the visibility and influence of coaches and trainees,and create star coaches and obvious students.Fourth,strive to build a cultural atmosphere of Hangzhou ice hockey sports,and actively promote the "ice hockey into the campus" activities.
