Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner was once known as the hometown of Chinese hockey, and has sent more than 200 players of the national team to date. The men’s hockey players of the secondary vocational and technical school are the only school in the country that offers hockey majors at the high school stage. They have won the National Youth Championships for 12 times and have been rated as the National Hockey Olympic Reserve Talent Base.At present, the urgent problem is how to improve the sports level and competition level of these players more quickly.Sensitive quality is the key factor to determine the victory or defeat of hockey match. It can not only improve the technical and tactical ability, but also improve the competition ability.SAQ training is a comprehensive training method of speed, agility and explosive power, which can effectively improve the agility of athletes.Using the methods of literature research, expert interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper takes the sensitive quality of male hockey players in secondary vocational and technical schools as the research object, and randomly divides 24 players into the experimental group(n=12)and the control group(n=12).The experimental group adopts SAQ training, and the control group trains according to the traditional sensitive quality. The three dimensions of the sensitive quality are the ability to change movement, the ability to move quickly The six test indicators of the ability to change direction are standing and lying up,sitting and clapping up,repeatedly crossing, cross quadrant jump,T-shaped test,Illinois run(with ball),which are analyzed to explore more suitable training methods for the sensitive quality of male hockey players in secondary vocational and technical schools. The results show that:(1)SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training have improved the performance of the lacrosse players’ ability to change their movements, such as lying on the neutral and clapping on the ground, but the performance of the control group after the experiment in standing and lying up has a higher range of improvement and there is a significant difference, indicating that the effect of the traditional sensitive quality training on the ability to change their movements is better than that of SAQ training.(2)Both SAQ training and traditional sensitivity quality training have improved the performance of the hockey players’ repeated crossing and cross quadrant jump in the flexible movement ability. However, after the experiment, the performance of the cross quadrant jump in the experimental group has increased by a higher extent and there is a significant difference, indicating that the SAQ training effect is better than the traditional sensitivity quality training in the flexible movement ability.(3)SAQ training and traditional sensitive quality training have improved the performance of hockey players in the T-shaped test and Illinois run(with ball)in the ability to change direction, but after the experiment, the performance of the experimental group in Illinois run(with ball)has a higher range of improvement and there is a significant difference, indicating that the SAQ training effect is better than the traditional sensitive quality training in the ability to change direction.Suggestion:(1)Through data analysis,it can be seen that both SAQ training method and traditional sensitivity training method can improve the sensitivity quality of hockey players in different dimensions,so the two training methods can be combined to achieve a more comprehensive improvement of the sensitivity quality of hockey players.(2)Since there is a large gap between the experimental object and the highlevel hockey players in terms of technical and tactical ability and physical ability,it is suggested to conduct a more in-depth study on the effect of the sensitivity training of high-level hockey players.(3)The author studies from three dimensions and six indicators of sensitivity quality. There are many influencing factors of sensitivity quality, and the sensitivity quality required by hockey is more complex.I hope that future research can be more in-depth and broader to promote the development of hockey. |
