The integration of financial management and business management has become an important direction for enterprises to improve the efficiency of financial management.Most enterprises in China set up two functional management departments respectively for business management and financial management.The two departments often talk on their own,which results in the non-circulation of management data and makes it difficult to realize the integrated management and control of management data,seriously affecting the efficiency of enterprise management and management.By the end of 2018,H education group has achieved a signed sales volume of more than 90 million yuan,becoming a leader in real estate training industry.During the internship in the finance department of H group,the author found that the business management and financial management of H group were separated and separated,and the coordination of management was not high,and there were many management problems that needed to be optimized.The author through to the group's business management and financial management present situation of field investigation,and found that the group is the business management and financial management goal is not unified,informationization level is low,no implementation of the budget management,low degree of data sharing,the problem such as financial data to guide the product pricing,business management and financial management lack of effective communication mechanism between the two departments,the management of the group of communication and coordination cost is high,lead to group management and business management work efficiency is low,restricted group development.Based on relevant theories of industry goods fusion,after fully research the problem,the H group from the budget management and performance,system flow,organization structure optimization,financial accounting and information systems from four aspects,with group development strategy as the guidance,from the perspective of management,around key management information sharing of the data rate increases,the targeted industry goods fusion measures are put forward,in order to improve the group's operation and management ability,collaborative group ascension business management and financial management.The study of this paper provides practical experience support for the case of industrial and financial integration,and provides reference for the industry to conduct integrated business and financial control.
