Innovation is one of the critical way for revitalizing the nation and prospering the country.Especially cultivating the innovative behavior of master students is the necessary foundation for building an innovative country.However,as the highest level of education,postgraduate students generally have low passion for academic innovation.The mechanism of some potential innovative behaviors that stimulate graduate students is not clear,let alone fully recognized and utilized.Therefore,the research on academic passion and innovative behavior of graduate students has gradually become the focus of scholars.The research on the impact of passion on work innovation behavior has been preliminarily verified in the field of enterprise management.However,there are few empirical studies on the impact of passion on academic innovation behavior.for this reason,the postgraduate students are the research object,as well as the concept of academic passion is introduced,and the inner passion of the postgraduate students is divided into two types: harmonious academic passion and forced academic passion.Then,the Learning Engagement is introduced as a mediator variable,Different styles which contain supportive instructor guidance and controlled guidance are as mediation variables.These constitute the theoretical research model of this paper.This paper is divided into six chapters.The introduction explains the background of the problem,the significance of the research purpose,the countermeasures of the research content and the innovation points and so on.Secondly,literature review and integration were carried out on academic passion,innovative behavior,learning involvement and tutor's guiding style,and logical demonstration among variables was carried out based on the existing theoretical basis,and the research hypothesis of this paper was put forward.Then,the classic literature scale was used for reference for research design and data collection 420 questionnaires were prepared and distributed to postgraduates,and 367 questionnaires were effectively recovered.Thirdly,data correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted according to the questionnaire data to verify the correctness of the hypothesis in this paper.Finally,the conclusion is drawn as follow : Dual academic passion positively affects the innovative behavior of postgraduates,that is,the higher the harmony-compulsion passion is,the more academic innovation behavior will be generated.In addition,the influence of harmonious academic passion on innovative behavior is greater than that of compulsive academic passion,that is,harmonious academic passion is more conducive to the generation of innovative behavior.Learning input plays a part mediating role between harmonious academic passion and innovative behavior,while learning input plays a full mediating role between forced academic passion and innovative behavior.Supportive mentor guiding style of learning and innovation behavior between no regulation,and controlling mentor guiding style is to mediate the study the relationship between the input and innovation behavior,namely when the graduate student in the higher control type mentor guiding style environment,it study the relationship between the input and innovation behavior is more significant.Based on the research conclusions,the Suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the graduate students themselves,their supervisors,schools,governments and enterprises.First,give full play to the subjective initiative of graduate students.Postgraduates should pay attention to,explore and cultivate their harmonious academic passion,and actively increase their investment in academic learning to make up for the lack of passion or overcome the negative impact of compulsive academic passion.Finally,postgraduates should grasp different innovation opportunities and actively make use of all academic resources for academic innovation.Second,the role of mentors cannot be ignored.Tutors should strictly select qualified graduate students and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Tutors should actively perform their duties,strengthen the construction of innovative teams,and at the same time give humanistic care to postgraduates and set good academic examples.Third,the university is the master of postgraduate innovation.Firstly,the cultivation,assessment and reward standards for postgraduate students are clarified.Secondly,the responsibilities and standards of tutors are clarified.Finally,the academic innovation environment is created.Fourthly,the government is the bridge between the school and the enterprise.The government establishes a talent training platform for school-enterprise cooperation.In addition,enterprises can provide opportunities for targeted cultivation of innovative talents.
