Education for Understanding’ is a kind of emotional transposition, refers to can stand on the position of others to understand other people right. Understanding is the basis of emotion. Lack of understanding, the emotion will be misunderstood, easy to cause the backlash, caused a lot of unfavorable factors for education management.In our country, most secondary vocational school students in the learning ability is poorer, they are highly susceptible to parents and teachers, and thus formed a special secondary groups. As a special group, embodied in three points: ? strong personality;? Their own quality differences;? With strong rebellious attitude, prone to all kinds of problems in education management. This study from the current secondary vocational school students education management due to the lack of understanding of the emotional, this paper analyzes the reasons of problem There are two classes in Yantai no.1 middle vocational school clothing as experimental classes,the understanding of students carried out a one-year education, and its application in the secondary vocational school education management conducted a preliminary inquiry. The author hope that through the understanding of education to explore, for our country secondary vocational school education management work put forward some valuable Suggestions and measures.The content of this research mainly includes five parts.Part one: this topic is discussed, and the selected topic background, the definition of related concepts, research significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the theoretical basis, etc.The second part: through the questionnaire and interview, combining with the author’s work experience, for the characteristics of the secondary vocational student and survival present situation has carried on the investigation and analysis. Focus on the secondary vocational student’s feel the relationship between teachers and students,and teachers, parents and social personnel on the secondary vocational student’s views and understanding.The third part: to understand the implementation of the education. As the author selected the yantai clothing in two classes as experimental classes. This chapter mainly from three aspects of parents, teachers, students, understand the implement process ofeducation and method are described in detail.The fourth part: investigation and analysis of the results. Focused on the students understanding to accept education, at the level of academic achievement and mental health change has carried on the investigation and analysis, found that understanding education can better improve the students’ professional class achievement and mental health level.The fifth part: Through to Education for Understanding implementation process,as well as the effect of reflection and summary, puts forward several Suggestions on the management of the secondary vocational student: 1. The management of pay attention to understand first. 2. The professional quality of the management work. 3. To cultivate the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. 4. Strengthen the cultivation of students’ self-management ability.
