Education for Understanding’ is a kind of emotional transposition, refers to can stand on the position of others to understand other people right. Understanding is the basis of emotion. Lack of understanding, the emotion will be misunderstood, easy to cause the backlash, caused a lot of unfavorable factors for education management.In our country, most secondary vocational school students in the learning ability is poorer, they are highly susceptible to parents and teachers, and thus formed a special secondary groups.
