The level of emotion management will affect the personal development of students,and the students' good perception,accurate expression and effective regulation of emotion cannot be separated from school education.Emotion management refers to the cognition,regulation,guidance,cooperation and control of individuals and groups to their own and other people's emotions.The key point is to develop and cultivate the emotional intelligence of individuals and groups,improve their ability to control emotions,further improve the level of emotion management,and promote the maintenance of individuals and groups' emotional state.It contains the characteristics of emotion perception,emotion expression and emotion regulation.Secondary vocational students are in the golden period of physical and psychological development.Affected by school education,family education and social life.The level of emotion management is at a critical stage of development.This research use Gao Kenan formulation of emotion management ability questionnaire to measure a secondary vocational school students in grade one in Shenyang,to grasp the emotional management status of secondary vocational students grade one,using the method of homogeneity test out two homogeneous emotion management level class,one class is set to the experimental group,another class is set to the control group.Based on Goleman Emotion Management Theory,this paper designs a scheme to improve the level of emotion management in line with the psychological development characteristics of Grade 1 students in secondary vocational schools by focusing on the five aspects of the connotation of emotion management: cognition,coordination,guidance,interaction and control.Students in the experimental group received group counseling based on improving their emotional management,while those in the control group received only regular mental health classes.Using spss26.0 version was used for data processing in this study.On the implementation of the lifting scheme of before the measurement data are descriptive statistics,after the implementation of the experimental group a pretest and posttest data matching samples T-test,for the experimental test and control group after test for independent samples T-test,through the analysis of data to discuss the design of lifting scheme in our study on effect of first-year secondary vocational students emotion management level of ascension,and further verify whether this scheme has stability and durability.The results show that:(1)The emotion management level of secondary vocational students is in the middle.(2)There is no gender difference in the emotional management level of secondary vocational students.(3)The emotional management level improvement program designed in this study can significantly improve the emotional management level of first-grade students in secondary vocational schools.(4)There is no significant difference between the post-test and the follow-up test in the emotional management level of the experimental group in this study,and the improvement scheme of the emotional management level of the first-grade students in secondary vocational schools has certain durability.This study explores the process of improving the emotional management level of Grade 1 students in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward three educational suggestions:(1)Emotional communication with children should be strengthened in family education.(2)School education should incorporate emotional management level improvement courses.(3)Students should actively enrich and improve themselves.
