With the development and deepening of the reform of the basic education,the field of education in China has entered a brand new era.In 2011,China's Ministry of Education officially promulgated the Compulsory Education,the formal promulgation and implementation of the new curriculum standards bring new opportunities and changes to the development of music education in primary schools in China.At present,our country's basic education gradually changes from the initial examination-oriented education to the quality-oriented education,from the initial focus on the development of students' knowledge and ability to gradually change to pay more attention to students' all-round development.As a part of the liberal education,music education can better cultivate and improve students' music artistic accomplishment,moral concept,aesthetic ability and so on.Therefore,the music education has received the society as well as the school and the family more and more attention.The implementation of the Liberal Education has provided a broad platform for the development of music education,the current situation of music education in primary schools in the weak rural areas and poor areas of our country is not optimistic,there is still a big gap between the overall comprehensive quality,professional knowledge and music skills of music teachers in rural primary schools and the specific requirements of the new music curriculum standards.This article mainly uses the sampling investigation method,has carried on the comprehensive thorough investigation to the Songxian 16 representative elementary schools.In the course of the investigation of music education in primary schools,this paper adopts a variety of research methods,mainly including investigation,analysis,induction,interview and observation,and fully combines the methods of experience summary and analysis,pay attention to the combination of education theory analysis and practice investigation,qualitative research and quantitative research.Through the investigation andstudy of the prominent problems existing in the present situation of music education in primary schools in Song County,this paper analyzes the main causes of these problems,and advances some corresponding research views and countermeasures,in order to explore the rural primary school music education reform and the development effective way.The basic skeleton of this research is as follows:The first part: The reason of the topic selection is briefly described,the significance of the whole paper and the related literature are sorted out in detail,and the research methods of the whole paper are described in detail;The second part: Based on the theory,the paper summarizes the research of the new curriculum standard,and briefly analyzes the curriculum objective,curriculum content and curriculum evaluation;The third part: through the questionnaire analysis and the thorough investigation to the teacher,the student,understands the Song County Primary School Music Teaching present situation,has carried on the reorganization induction and the analysis to the present Song County Music Education present situation investigation result,discovered the question,;The fourth part: According to the investigation and interview results of Song County Primary School Music Education,aiming at the existing problems of rural primary school music education under the background of the new curriculum standard,combining with the actual situation,this paper summarizes the methods and countermeasures of optimizing the development of music education in rural primary schools.This research takes the present situation of the development of music education in primary schools in the weak rural areas of China as the breakthrough point,and combines the author's long-term teaching practice with the method of case study in rural areas,hoping to provide theoretical guidance andpractical strategies for the effective implementation of music education in rural primary schools,so that more primary school students in rural weak areas can feel and experience the joy brought by music,in order to support and develop the cause of music education in rural primary schools in China,the music teaching system in rural weak areas should be further improved.
