With the rapid development of information technology,the level of education information is becoming higher and higher.The course of "practice of local tour guide" in secondary vocational school focuses on the cultivation of students' practice and application ability.It is guided by mastering the service content of local tour guide and the skills required by the post,so as to cultivate practical and application-oriented talents who can adapt to the social development and post requirements.To some extent,the traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of current education,social development and talent training.Flipped classroom is different from the traditional teaching mode in which the teacher is the main knowledge imparter.It pays more attention to the students' subjectivity in the learning process and gives full play to their knowledge exploration ability.Before class,students form a preliminary understanding and construction of knowledge under the guidance of the learning video and task list released by teachers;in class,students can form knowledge internalization through more cooperative exploration,practice and simulation practice;after class,students consolidate their knowledge through the teaching expansion exercise released by teachers.The flipped classroom teaching mode under the new education and teaching concept has changed the situation that students in the traditional teaching mode accept knowledge passively,and it is difficult to combine theoretical knowledge learning with practice.In this study,by combining the teaching situation,facilities and conditions of the internship school where the author is located,combined with the learning characteristics of the students,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to understand the current teaching situation and problems of the course of "practice of local guide" in the tourism major of secondary vocational school,and the effect analysis after the application of flipped classroom teaching.Through the method of literature,this paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction offlipped classroom teaching mode which is in line with the teaching of the course of "practice of local guide" in the tourism specialty of secondary vocational school.Through the action research method,taking the class taught by the author as the object,this paper analyzes the teaching effect of flipped class in the course of "practice of local guide".This paper consists of six parts.As the first part of the whole paper,the introduction introduces the era and realistic background of this study.Through the research on the theory and practice of flipped classroom at home and abroad,this paper understands the characteristics and connotation of flipped classroom,expounds the research significance of this paper from the two aspects of theory and practice,and analyzes the innovation,research methods and research ideas of this research;the second part of this paper,through the analysis of the related concepts and theoretical basis of flipped classroom,further for flipped classroom in the secondary vocational tourism In the third part,through the questionnaire survey and interview to the students and teachers of the course,we can understand the current teaching situation of the course and analyze the existing problems.In the fourth part,we analyze the current teaching situation of the course Under the condition of the feasibility and necessity of the flipped classroom teaching of travel practice,combined with the analysis of teaching resources,environment,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching principles and teaching evaluation of flipped classroom teaching of local guide practice,this paper constructs the pre class learning and in class teaching of local guide practice for secondary vocational tourism major The fifth part of this paper is the research on the teaching practice of flipped classroom in the course of "the practice of the local guide",in which the hotel service of the local guide is taken as the teaching case,the flipped classroom teaching is designed and applied,and the teaching effect is studied and analyzed through questionnaire survey and interview,so as to get the flipped classroom teaching effect The positive role of the classroom in the course teaching of "practice of local guide" puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions for the existing deficiencies;the sixth part combines the above research of this paper,summarizes the existing deficiencies and research prospects in the research process.This paper puts forward a flipped classroom teaching mode,which is suitable for the teaching of the course "practice of local guide" in the tourism specialty of secondary vocational school.Through practical application and research,we can findthe positive significance of flipped classroom in the teaching of practical course of local guide for secondary vocational tourism major.Flipped classroom is feasible and necessary in the teaching of practical course of secondary vocational tourism major,which is helpful to highlight the main position of students' learning,improve the comprehensive quality and ability of students,and enhance the teaching and research of teaching workers Research level and the renewal of teaching concept.In addition,for the flipped classroom in the course of "the practice of the local guide" to improve the teaching,I hope to provide a new teaching concept and practical reference for the secondary vocational tourism professional "the practice of the local guide".
