With the continuous breakthroughs,updates and upgrades of information technology,profound changes have taken place in the field of vocational education.New educational concepts and ways of thinking are impacting the traditional teaching mode.The teaching mode based on knowledge transfer is gradually changing to cultivate students’ comprehensive ability.Mainly teaching mode.Flipped classroom is the product of the reform of vocational education informatization.It redistributes teaching time,teaching links,and the process of knowledge mastering,and allows students to watch videos before class for self-learning,to investigate problems in class,and to consolidate and summarize professional skills after class.Combining this together,the realization of the first construction,the second enhancement and the third enhancement of knowledge fully embodies the teaching concept of "student-centered".Integrating the flipped classroom into the course of "Guide Business" in secondary vocational schools can not only meet the needs of the current era of deep integration of vocational education and information technology,but also provide new ideas and enlightenment for the reform of "Guide Business" curriculum.This research focuses on integrating the concept of flipped classroom education into the course teaching of "Tour Guide Business" in secondary vocational schools.Through the investigation and analysis of the feasibility of flipped classroom practice in secondary vocational colleges,combined with the characteristics of curriculum teaching and the physical and mental characteristics of secondary vocational students,reconstruct the suitable The localized flipped classroom teaching model of "Guide Business".In the teaching practice,using "Tour Guide Leading Group Skills" as a teaching case,the implementation process of the flipped classroom was discussed in detail,and the purpose of improving and optimizing the flipped classroom was realized by analyzing the implementation effect.This article mainly includes the following seven parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of this article.It reviews the research status at home and abroad from both the theory and practice of the flipped classroom,and determines the research ideas and methods;Chapter two for the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts,it defines the related concepts of flipped classroom,teaching mode,and secondary vocational "Guide Business" courses.It uses blended learning theory and constructivism theory as theoretical basis,and discusses the significance of flipped classroom implementation;The third chapter uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to deeply analyze the feasibility of developing a flipped classroom in a secondary vocational college in Shanxi from the three aspects of students,teachers and schools;Chapter four is the general idea of flipped classroom teaching design,and analyzes the flipped classroom on the basis of teaching elements and design principles,constructing a flipped classroom teaching mode suitable for "Guide Business" in secondary vocational schools;Chapter five is the implementation of flipped classroom teaching cases.The specific steps of pre-class knowledge acquisition,classroom knowledge internalization and after-class knowledge consolidation are presented with the skills of tour guides as specific cases;Chapter six is the application effect of the flipped classroom,and puts forward reflections and suggestions based on students’ test scores,questionnaires,classroom observations and interview information;The seventh chapter is the conclusion and outlook,summarizing the research results of this article and the existing shortcomings.
