With the rapid development of Vocational Education in China,the status of secondary vocational education has been gradually improved.Classroom teaching,as the main organizational form of Vocational Education in China,plays an important role in the training of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools in all aspects and the promotion of their professional ability.However,the current teaching content of Tour Guide Business in China is still based on examination-oriented education.Emphasizing theoretical knowledge more than humanistic knowledge,weakening the cultivation of students' practical ability;Most of the teaching modes are still based on traditional classroom teaching methods,and teaching methods need to be enriched,which is weak in basic knowledge,poor in learning habits and methods,but strong in practical ability,active in thinking,and fast in accepting new things for Secondary Vocational Tourism majors.The curriculum has become relatively dull,and the effect of classroom teaching is not ideal.This paper is a study on the optimization of the classroom teaching of Tourist Guide Business in secondary vocational schools.With the help of relevant literature and information,the study starts with the teaching content and teaching methods respectively,which can provide some reference for improving the humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students in the future.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the reasons for choosing the topic,the literature review at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the study,the ideas and methods,the theoretical basis of the study and the definition of the core concepts.The literature review is discussed from the domestic and foreign teaching optimization of "Tour Guide Business".The second part is the analysis of the factors of classroom teaching optimization,which is discussed from three aspects: the theoretical basis of teaching optimization,the basic principles of teaching optimization and the basic elements of teaching optimization.The third part is the research basis of this study.Based on the current teaching situation of "Tourist Guide Business" in Guilin Tourism Secondary Vocational School,questionnaire survey and teacher interview survey are conducted among students and teachers.Combining the students' questionnaires and the interviews with the teachers,this paper sums up the problems existing in the teaching of "Tour Guide Business" and makes an analysis of the reasons.The fourth part aims at the problems existing in the teaching of "Tourist Guide Business" in the tourism major of secondary vocational schools,carries on the practical teaching,carries on the teaching optimization practice,and draws the corresponding conclusion.The fifth part is to put forward corresponding suggestions for the optimization of classroom teaching of Tourist Guide Business in Secondary Vocational Tourism specialty,and to provide ideas or methods for the optimization of other courses.The sixth part is the prospect of future research based on the conclusion.Studying the optimization of classroom teaching of tourism specialty courses in secondary vocational schools has both important enlightenment and positive practical significance for improving tourism students' learning interest,learning quality,humanistic quality education and employment competitiveness,and promoting the professional development and innovation ability of full-time tourism teachers in secondary vocational schools.
