In order to implement quality education,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Educational System and Mechanism" in 2017,which requires that while cultivating students' basic knowledge and basic skills,they still need to strengthen key abilities and cultivate their logical reasoning and information processing skills.It means that the state pays more and more attention to the development and evaluation of youth thinking.In the same year,on the basis of condensing the essential characteristics of the chemistry subject,the new curriculum standard established a core literacy system and academic quality evaluation system for the chemistry subject.Among them,"Evidence-Based Reasoning and Model Cognition" is a higher level requirement and measurement basis put forward from the perspective of developing students' chemistry subject ideas and methods.Therefore,how to help students construct and improve the thinking system efficiently and implement the core literacy of the subject has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to enrich the research methods and teaching models for cultivating students' ability to construct thinking model and promote the realization of " Model Cognition " literacy,this research proposes an empirical research project based on the development of students' thinking model construction ability in order to cultivate students' ability to construct thinking model and provide specific implementable strategies and evaluation methods.The process of this research includes the following aspects: First,based on the background of educational system reform and the needs of modern student development,it combs the current research status of chemistry modeling teaching and modeling ability at home and abroad,and explains the implementation The purpose and significance of model teaching determine the research content and method of this article.Secondly,define the concepts of thinking model and modeling teaching,and take the construction of learning theory,information processing learning theory and visual thinking theory as the theoretical basis of this research.According to thequestionnaire survey,the status of teacher modeling teaching and student thinking modeling,and the textual analysis of the content of the model in the textbook,the teaching procedures that promote the modeling ability of students are proposed:(1)grasp the requirements of the curriculum standards;(2)analyze the textbook Content;(3)Arrange preview tasks;(4)Implement teaching activities;(5)Arrange modeling tasks;(6)Conduct evaluation and reflection.Teaching strategies to promote students' modeling abilities:(1)create problem situations and stimulate learning motivation;(2)provide visual materials to enhance model visibility;(3)organize teamwork to improve comprehensive skills;(4)set advanced Problems to strengthen knowledge and skills;(5)arrange modeling tasks to improve modeling capabilities;(6)Implement modeling evaluation and improve modeling quality.In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed teaching procedures and strategies,two ordinary classes in the first grade of an ordinary high school in Jiangmen City were used as research objects,and a four-month teaching practice activity was carried out.In the research process,the paper-and-pencil test method is mainly used to analyze the effects and deficiencies of modeling teaching.Through the construction of the thinking model evaluation scale,the focus is on exploring the development of students ' ability to construct thinking model.By analyzing the students' final grades,they can understand the changes in students 'academic performance And came to the following conclusions: Modeling teaching can promote the development of students' partial modeling capability,which is embodied in the integrity,generality,relevance,structure and visibility of the model;modeling teaching can promote the improvement of learning achievements.Since the researcher's own ability needs to be improved and the practice research cycle is short,the teaching procedures and teaching strategies proposed to promote the development of students' modeling capability still have room for further improvement,and the thinking model evaluation scale still needs to be further improved.Therefore,the conclusion drawn by this research needs to be further verified in future teaching practice.
