As Germany “4.0” industry,such as the United States “Industrial Internet Plan” of the relevant national strategy,global has entered “The Fourth Industrial Revolution ”,our country also puts forward the “ Made In China 2025” plan accordingly,to promote China from a big manufacturing powerhouse,give full play to the decisive role of market in the allocation of resources,strengthening the main body status of enterprises and speed up the transformation and upgrading of industry and mass transfer efficiency,occupy vantage point in the future competition.Industrial optimization and upgrading are largely restricted by human resources,knowledge structure,scientific and technological progress and other factors.Therefore,higher education with the main function of cultivating talents,developing science and technology,and serving the society has become an important driving force for industrial transformation and upgrading and sustainable economic development in China.In the era of knowledge economy,with the transition from extensive production mode to intensive production mode,a large number of high-quality and highly skilled application-oriented talents with strong practical ability and ability to work directly in the front line are urgently needed in order to move forward from a large manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country and climb from the low-end to the high-end industrial chain.The application-oriented higher education talent cultivation system in Germany,the United States and other developed countries,which was promoted by the two industrial revolutions in the 19 th century,has become more and more mature after hundreds of years of development.A large number of application-oriented talents have made great contributions to the economic development and scientific and technological innovation of developed countries.And applied talents training is the most important characteristics of university-enterprise cooperation in running schools in the personnel training mode,such as the German“dual system”,vigorously promote “cooperation education” in the United States,the “Sandwich education”in the UK as scientific and effective personnel training mode,and so on,has trained tens of thousands of applications and technology talents to promote the contemporary social and economic development.Started in the 1980 s in China,by contrast,university-enterprise cooperation education has not been matureand the concept of cooperative education between colleges has not been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and synergy between colleges lack of educational resources,collaboration between colleges education mechanism is not perfect,there are dock with the job requirements,curriculum content,the teaching process and the actual production of intersection close enough,applied research and development of science and technology innovation ability insufficiency,the applied teaching staff overall strength is weak,lagging applied management system construction in colleges and universities and other problems to be solved.Therefore,to strengthen the theoretical and practical research on the mechanism of “ school-enterprise collaborative education” is not only an urgent need for the development of application-oriented universities in China,but also an inevitable need for the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.This paper makes use of the literature research method to further understand the operation of the cooperative education mechanism of application-oriented undergraduate students at home and abroad.According to the coordination theory,human capital theory,based on the theory of competence-based synergy between colleges in Jiangxi Institute of Fashion Technology education situation questionnaire survey,statistics and analysis the results of questionnaire survey,sums up the applied undergraduate colleges and universities exist in the process of cooperative education between colleges in university-enterprise cooperation agreement,cooperation mode of a single,management is not standard,lack of incentive combination university-enterprise cooperation cooperative education experience of developed countries,the construction of applied undergraduate colleges and universities between cooperative education mechanism,for our country applied undergraduate colleges and universities to carry out the cooperative education between colleges provide experience for reference.
