| With China’s industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,the supply-side structural reform of higher education is imminent,and the importance and necessity of university-enterprise collaborative education in local undergraduate colleges and universities,as an important part of higher education,is increasingly prominent.This paper takes Hunan Agricultural University as the research object,guided by incentive theory,stakeholder management theory and triple helix theory,starts from three levels of guarantee factors,incentive factors and constraint factors,adopts a combination of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method,and conducts a theoretical and empirical discussion on the incentive mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education in local undergraduate universities,investigates the current school-enterprise collaborative education in It investigates the current situation and problems of the incentives of government,enterprises and colleges and universities,and analyzes and summarizes the reasons behind the problems,so as to propose relevant improvement strategies.This paper finds that in the process of collaborative education between local undergraduate universities and enterprises,a series of problems arise due to the lack of incentives in the operation of the incentive mechanism.Firstly,the guarantee measures are not in place,the guarantee given by the government to both schools and enterprises and the guarantee given by both schools and enterprises to teachers and students are both lacking;secondly,the incentive means are not comprehensive,the material and spiritual incentives given by the government to both schools and enterprises are seriously imbalanced;thirdly,the supervision system is not smooth,the government does not dynamically supervise and control the whole process of school-enterprise cooperative education,and at the same time,both schools and enterprises themselves have self-regulation At the same time,both schools and enterprises are negligent and slack in self-regulation.In view of the above problems and causes,it is necessary to rely on the collaboration of the government,enterprises and universities in the triple helix structure to improve the difficulties faced by the incentive mechanism of school-enterprise collaborative education in local undergraduate universities.Firstly,the government should improve the legal guarantee of the incentive mechanism of school-enterprise co-education and upgrade the existing regulatory mechanism of school-enterprise co-education while clarifying its own incentive status;secondly,enterprises should establish effective internal incentive system on the basis of clarifying their own participation status,and the industry should help enterprises to establish corresponding co-education guarantee alliance;finally,universities should establish teacher Finally,universities should establish teachers’ performance management system and construct "dual-teacher" teachers’ incentive mechanism,and make corresponding adjustment to the assessment of teachers’ ability.This paper proposes the above strategies in order to benefit the improvement of the incentive mechanism of collaborative education between schools and enterprises in local undergraduate universities. |
