A Research On Present Situation Of Preschool Education Undergraduate Professional Practice Teaching And Operating Mechanism Of Application-oriented Universities

The orientation of application-oriented universities is to cultivate high-quality and applied preschool education talents who have both initiative spirit and practice ability.For the preschool education major in application-oriented universities,enhancing professional practice teaching is the value appeal of "practice-oriented" teacher education as well as the spirit of "outlook on applied talents".However,the researches on professional practice teaching are not too much for preschool education major undergraduate students in application-oriented universities.Based on the "outlook on applied talents",reflective practice theory and "whole practice " curriculum concept,this paper investigated ninety-five preschool education major undergraduate students,three professional teachers,three administrative staffs in J University and five leaders in preschool institutions cooperated with this universities,by means of questionnaires and interviewing method,from "professional practice teaching objectives","professional practice teaching course and implement","professional practice teaching evaluation","professional practice teaching safeguard" and "professional practice teaching management" five aspects;make on-the-spot observations on the current situation of the practice teaching of preschool education in J University from "professional practice teaching course and implement","professional practice teaching evaluation" two aspects;analyzed the text of the policy documents related to the cultivation of preschool education in J University from "professional practice teaching objectives","professional practice teaching course and implement","professional practice teaching safeguard" and "professional practice teaching management" four aspects,aiming at exploring the present situation of practice teaching and operating mechanism of preschool education major in J University.The results of this investigation showed that the professional practice teaching of preschool education major in J University has already built complete professional practice teaching system and operating mechanism,but still had some problems: firstly,its professional practice teaching lacked applied features;secondly,its professional practice teaching course lacked forward-looking and targeted;thirdly,its professional practice teaching time was insufficient,guidance was not implemented;fourthly,its professional practice teaching evaluation was single subject and lacked scientific features;fifthly,its professional practice teaching base had serious homogenization,and its cooperative mechanism was formal.This paper dug into the existing reasons from teacher,student and school,etc.Firstly,from the prospective of school they did not have enough cognition about "outlook on applied preschool education talents",put professional practice teaching management body in disorder,lacked effective professional practice teaching quality supervision,lacked professional practice teaching incentive system and neglected scientific construction and management on professional practice teaching base.Secondly,from the prospective of teacher,they lacked reasonable teaching body structure and double-certificated teachers,even some of them lacked professional practice teaching policy enforcement.Thirdly,from the prospective of student,they did not pay enough attention to professional practice teaching and did not have a favorable professional practice teaching body.Accordingly,for the preschool education major of this university,it is supposed to set up the idea of applied preschool education talents;to innovate professional practice teaching course and implement,and to establish effective professional practice teaching evaluation mechanism optimizing practice teaching system by confirming professional practice teaching objective;to improve professional practice teaching management,optimize professional practice teaching organization management,enforce professional practice teaching quality supervision to come true,give out professional practice teaching incentive system,establish functional professional practice teaching base and make double-win;to enhance professional practice teaching body construction,retain excellent academic adviser outside school,improve employed teachers' professional practice teaching skill;to give play to the dominant role of students in professional practice teaching by practice community.
