The "13th Five-Year plan" clearly pointed out: "the implementation of production education applied talents and technical skills of personnel integration, school-enterprise cooperation training mode, promote the occupation school teachers and enterprise technical personnel exchanges. Promote the professional setting, curriculum content, teaching methods and practice docking." School-enterprise cooperation teaching mode,to explore the establishment of the service for the purpose,take the employment as the guidance,take the road of development of a combination of research,to cultivate high-quality skilled talents in the forefront of production, construction,management and service to the socialist modernization.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part of the cooperation are analyzed,and the main mode and expounds the features of cultivating applied connotation,focusing on the cooperation of school-enterprise cooperation talents, and puts forward some basic theory.The second part of the United States,Germany, Britain,Australia,Japan and other developed countries cooperation mechanism in practice,put forward the useful experience for the construction of China's enterprise cooperation mechanism.The third part analyzes the existing enterprise application talents under the background of school-enterprise cooperation problems in training. The main performance is: the construction of teachers can not adapt to the enterprise cooperation mode,the inherent teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of applied talents required by enterprises, enterprises lack the enthusiasm for participating in the cooperation initiative. The cause of these problems,the main reason is: the cooperation between enterprises of both cognitive differences,cooperative relations between the two sides is not strong enough, cooperation between the two sides are unable to avoid the risk.The fourth part is the core part of this paper expounds the effective mechanism of enterprise talents under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,one is school-enterprise cooperation mechanism reform,the main path is: scientific orientation,to ensure that the enterprise quality of personnel training; reform the curriculum system, strengthen the training characteristics of enterprise talents; strengthen the double construction of tutors,teachers and enterprise formation force; colleges and universities should do institutional adjustment in the cooperation time. Two is the dynamic mechanism to promote enterprises to participate in the cooperation,the main path: focus on enterprise talent demand point,improve cooperation enthusiasm; improve student loyalty consciousness,reduce the risk loss of talents in enterprises. The three is to improve the safeguard mechanism of government cooperation,the main path is: improve the legal and policy system; increase financial support for cooperation.
