Research On The Development Of Industry-Education Integration In Hangzhou Dianzi University Information Engineering School

With the adjustment and upgrading of economic structure and the transformation of economic development mode,the demand for talents in various industries in China is constantly changing and developing as well.Although China's higher education is also constantly training and delivering relevant talents for the society,it is difficult for colleges and universities to keep up with the changes in the demand for talents in social industries.Some colleges and universities are affected by their systems,mechanisms and other factors,therefore the current demand for industrial talents and the total quantity,quality and structure of the supply side of talent training cannot be fully matched.The severe employment situation of college students also highlights the seriousness of the problem and the urgency of improving the problem.In this situation,the government,universities and enterprises pay more and more attention to the integration of industry and education,so as to promote the win-win situation of talent supply side and demand side.Among them,the transformation of local universities and independent colleges to application-oriented universities,and the cultivation of application-oriented talents guided by industrial demands through the integration of industry and education are very important parts of the reform of the integration of industry and education.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the development of the integration of industry and education in the School of Information Engineering of Hangzhou Dianzi University,and to systematically analyze the corresponding accomplishments and problems through analyzing the significance and background of the integration of industry and education,the four representative integration modes abroad,and the development status of the integration of industry and education in China.The paper puts forward the suggestive solutions based on the analysis of the reasons of the problem,in the hope of providing materials and references for the transformation of independent colleges to application-oriented universities.This paper consists of six parts.The first part mainly introduction to the research on the integration of Industry and education at home and abroad.The second part elaborates such concepts as independent colleges,application-oriented undergraduate colleges,transformation development,industry and education integration and analyzes the basis for the collaborative innovation theory and stakeholder theory.The third part mainly introduces the current situation of the integration of industry and education in the School of Information engineering of Hangzhou Dianzi University,and summarizes its achievements and shortcomings of theintegration of production and teaching.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the causes of the problems in the process of the integration of industry and education in Hangzhou Dianzi University.The fifth part mainly introduces the successful experience and enlightenment of the integration of Industry and education at home and abroad.The sixth part will put forward corresponding countermeasures and path selection according to the problems and reason discussed in the previous chapters.
