With the promulgation of the "General High School Information Technology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" and the deepening and development of the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum standards have set clear requirements for high school students' problem solving skills, emphasizing the importance of training students in high school information technology teaching Problem solving ability.Since the school where the practical teaching is carried out has not yet used the teaching materials corresponding to the new curriculum standard in actual teaching, this has increased the difficulty of the specific teaching practice, and the new curriculum standard has increased the difficulty of the teaching content It is difficult for students to master the teaching content stipulated by the new curriculum standards using traditional teaching activities. With the deep integration of information technology and education, the use of new teaching concepts and the transformation of traditional teaching activities, the core of this research is to solve real problems in teaching according to the current teaching situation. This research mainly adopts the action research method, which is based on the general requirements and First Principle of Instruction of China's "General High School Information Technology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",and reflects the real problems in the actual teaching process according to the current high school information technology classroom teaching status The problems presented in the pre-testing of the students 'questionnaires will be gradually optimized and revised through the preliminary design of the high school information technology classroom teaching activities based on First Principle of Instruction through the analysis of materials such as classroom observations, student interviews, and process materials in each round of teaching practice After three rounds of teaching practice, the final design of high school information technology classroom teaching activities based on First Principle of Instruction was formed, which made the teaching activity framework feasible and expandable, and summarized high school information technology classrooms based on First Principle of Instruction Teaching activity implementation and application strategies. This study is based on the quantitative data of the questionnaire survey results, combined with a large number of interviews, classroom observations, and process-based data analysis to analyze the practical effects from three aspects:students' attitude to problems, ways to deal with problems, and quality of problem solving..Studies have shown that after three rounds of teaching practice, students' attitudes towards problems have changed significantly, the way they handle problems has improved, and the quality of problem solving has gradually improved. Therefore, the design of high school information technology classroom teaching activities based on First Principle of Instruction is helpful to cultivate students' problem solving ability.
