| Young children are the hope of the nation and the future of the motherland.Children's physical health is the foundation of children's life growth and development,which is related to the rise and fall of our nation and the future development.In the guiding outline of kindergarten education,the Ministry of Education clearly put forward that "kindergarten should provide a rich living and activitive environment for young children,meet their needs in all aspects,and ensure that young children can grow up in a pluralistic and healthy environment ".It is the responsibility and obligation of early childhood educators to improve children's physique,cultivate their interest,stimulate their potential and develop their intelligence.Martial arts is one of the most important components in the excellent traditional Chinese culture.It pays attention to "internal and external cultivation" and emphasizes "internal and external cultivation of vigor and vitality and external cultivation of bones and skin".It also plays a very positive role in a person's physical and mental health development,especially in the growth of children,which can strengthen their physique and delight their mind.Based on the research of basic martial arts training and teaching activities for children aged 5-6,this study explores the role of martial arts education in early childhood education through experimental research and explores the integration path of martial arts education and early childhood education.In this paper,a total of 52 children in the first and third classes were randomly selected from four large classes of character lily kindergarten in Xigu district by means of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis.Teaching the basic skills of martial arts in experimental classes.The final results of 10 m reentry,tennis throw,standing long jump,sitting forward flexion,feet continuous jump and walking balance beam were measured.Study and analysis of basic martial arts training in experimental group The difference and influence of physical quality before and after routine training with control group.Before and after teaching,six indexes were selected to test,and the experimental results showed that:1.At 5-6 years old,the final test results showed significant difference(P<0.05).The basic skill of Wushu in experimental group had significant effect on speed and sensitivity.2.A significant difference was found in the final test results throw far experiment,the final test results showed significant difference(P<0.05).3.At 5-6 years old,the final test results showed significant difference(P<0.05)."Basic step exercise " and " pile work practice " had significant effect on explosive force.4.A significant difference was found in the final test results(P<0.01).The effect of "leg exercises" and "waist exercises" on soft quality was significant.5.A significant difference was found in the final test of 5-6-year-old children's feet after continuous jump(P<0.05).The "skill practice" and "short beat routine practice" in the experimental group had a positive effect on the improvement of lower limb strengthand coordination.6.A significant difference was found in the final test of 5-6-year-old children after walking the balance beam(P<0.01).The above results lead to the conclusion:1.There was no significant difference in the test results of physical quality and morphological indexes of children aged 5-6 years before the experiment.2.After the experiment,the basic skill training of martial arts has positive effect on the improvement of six indexes of children's physical quality in 5-6 years old.3.The training program of Wushu basic skills has positive effect on the development of children's physical quality at 5-6 years old,but different training contents have different influence on children's physical quality index.The impact of gender on the indicators is also different,among which boys and young children in strength,balance ability and speed is more obvious than girls;girls and young children in flexibility and sensitivity than boys.4.Taking the basic skills of martial arts as a means of practice is helpful to improve the physical health of children aged 5-6.The improvement of children's balance ability and flexibility quality is the most significant. |
