In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the quality of undergraduate education,and several documents issued by the Ministry of Education have mentioned the quality of higher education,and promoted it to the national strategic level,so as to make a sound and perfect quality assurance system for higher education.As an important part of higher education,the quality of higher education must first put forward higher requirements for the quality of college physical education.As an important part of college physical education,aerobics plays an important role in guiding students' physical and mental development and improving students' aesthetic ability.It not only popularizes quality education in an all-round way,but also achieves the goal of students' all-round development.At present,colleges and universities in Gansu Province have set up different levels of college sports aerobics courses,but because aerobics courses are different from traditional sports,if we want to make aerobics sustainable and diversified development,we must constantly reform and optimize in the process of aerobics teaching,timely update the course content,teaching methods,etc.,and make the new progress of Aerobics Research and practical development New experience and new changes in social needs are brought into teaching to improve the quality of teaching.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to understand the basic situation of the teaching of physical Aerobics in Colleges and universities of Gansu Province,focusing on the current situation of teaching,analyzing the factors that affect the teaching quality of physical Aerobics in Colleges and universities of Gansu Province,and on this basis,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the teaching quality of aerobics.Through a questionnaire survey of 720 students and 24 teachers in 8 colleges and universities in Gansu Province,the present situation of physical aerobics in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is understood,and the factors affecting the teaching quality of aerobics are analyzed.1 The core factors affecting the teaching quality of physical aerobics in colleges and universities in Gansu Province are students' cognition of aerobics and teachers' professional quality,followed by teaching methods,contents,evaluation and so on.The age of calisthenics teachers in colleges and universities has the characteristics of being out of place,and the number and number of out-of-home training are relatively small,which is also an important factor affecting the teaching quality of calisthenics.2 The evaluation of physical aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is not comprehensive.The assessment of physical aerobics in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is mainly based on the way teachers evaluate students,and the evaluation content focuses on the final teaching results,ignoring the growth and progress of students in the process of learning,which is not conducive to the overall evaluation of students.3 The teaching contents of physical aerobics in colleges and universities in Gansu Province are relatively single.The following is the 2014 update of the popular aerobics routine and self-made routine,not updated in time,which is inconsistent with the expectations of students,theoretical knowledge of the teaching involved little,and no extension and expansion.4 At present,the teaching of physical aerobics in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is mainly based on traditional teaching methods and means.Teachers only pay attention to how students learn technology.Teachers do not give full play to their guiding role.Students also do not have the space to innovate and learn independently.5 The facilities of physical aerobics teaching site in colleges and universities in Gansu Province are relatively perfect.In the eight schools surveyed,the required facilities for aerobics teaching are relatively complete,there are sufficient indoor space,and the mirror,lever and other relatively complete.
