| With the advent of the knowledge economy and the deepening of global economic integration,Chinese enterprises have ushered in tremendous opportunities and challenges.At present,telemarketers have become the core frontline force for many companies to survive and survive.The working conditions of this group are closely related to the survival and development of enterprises.However,the salesman's work situation is not optimistic,often boring work,long working hours,difficult work objectives,and lack of identity.Sales personnel often face huge sales competition and sales pressure,resulting in high turnover rate of sales personnel every year and most employees will complete their resignation within two years,and the job satisfaction is low.As an Internet company whose main sales form is telemarketing,how to improve the happiness of sales staff and lead employees to open new miles in the enterprise is the most important issue for L company managers.The research in this paper selects the sales staff of L company as the research object,analyzes the factors that affect their work happiness and the corresponding strategies to improve work happiness.On the basis of comprehensively summarizing relevant research results at home and abroad,through research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,employee interview and data analysis,using mature scales,from work characteristics,development prospects,interpersonal relationships,compensation and benefits,self-efficacy Six aspects of sensation and organizational identity were measured to explore the factors affecting the job well-being of L company's sales staff.Based on this,a targeted strategy to improve the job well-being of L company's sales staff was proposed.The results show that the six factors of work characteristics,development prospects,interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,self-efficacy and organizational identity are positively related to work well-being.At the same time,it can be used to promote the happiness of sales staff from six aspects.The promotion strategy helps L Company to improve the level of human resource management and contribute to the future development of the company.To a certain extent,it also provides reference and inspiration for companies in other industries. |
