With the advent of the knowledge economy and the rapid development of information technology,the online education industry is gaining momentum under the new epidemic,and online education companies,large and small,are springing up.The soaring popularity of online education has led to fierce competition in the industry.How to attract and retain talents has become the key to winning for online education companies,and how to establish a set of fruitful talent incentive mechanism has also become the core issue of employee management in online education companies.This paper takes S online education company as an example and conducts a study on the optimization of staff motivation mechanism for its Wuhan branch sales staff.On the basis of the advanced motivation theories at home and abroad,the current situation of the motivation mechanism of the Wuhan branch of S company was understood by distributing questionnaires to all the sales staff of S company and field research,and it was found that the current motivation mechanism of the sales staff of S company has such problems as unreasonable design of salary and benefits,lack of scientific performance assessment,imperfect training system,unsound promotion system,and inadequate construction of corporate culture.The reasons for these problems are also analyzed.In view of the above problems,this paper has formulated the optimization measures from five aspects,including the salary and benefits system,performance appraisal system,corporate training system,career promotion planning and corporate culture construction,based on the real needs of the sales staff of Company S and the development needs of Company S.For example,the measures to optimize the salary and welfare system include salary structure adjustment and equity incentive;the measures to optimize the performance appraisal system include designing appraisal indexes and establishing a grading system for appraisal results;the measures to optimize the corporate training system include doing research on training needs and establishing employee training files;the measures to optimize career promotion include enriching career promotion paths and establishing a job elimination system;the measures to optimize the corporate culture construction include expanding the influence of corporate culture and giving full play to the role of spiritual motivation.And the measures of organization,system,culture and material are put forward to provide sufficient guarantee for the smooth implementation of the incentive mechanism optimization measures.Through the optimization of the incentive mechanism,the overall incentive level of the sales staff of Wuhan branch of S company is improved,and the human resource management ability of S company is enhanced,so that S company can stand out and be invincible in the exceptionally fierce market competition.S online education company is a listed online education company established in 2003,which is in the leading position in the industry.The research on the incentive mechanism of sales staff of S company in this paper is representative in the online education industry.Therefore,it is hoped that the analysis and research in this paper can provide some reference value for other online education companies and help more online education companies to carry out their motivation work effectively.
