Ancient poetry is a bright pearl in Chinese traditional culture,which needs our descendants to inherit.The teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school can improve the students' appreciation and aesthetic ability,and enrich their spiritual world,more and more attention has been paid to the teaching of ancient poetry.However,after investigation,we found that there are many problems in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school,including the single teaching method of teachers,the lack of interest of students in ancient poetry,the lack of students' understanding and appreciation ability of ancient poetry,which hinder the development of ancient poetry teaching.As a novel teaching method that has emerged in recent years,group reading teaching has the unique advantages of expanding students' reading area and improving students' reading thinking and ability.It is widely used in the teaching of Chinese reading in the compulsory education stage,but rarely used in senior high school teaching practice.Therefore,in order to improve the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in senior high school,this paper combines the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school with the teaching of group reading,hoping to inject vitality into the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school and provide new ideas for teachers.In the first chapter of this paper,the concept of group reading is defined,and several important concepts of group reading teaching are elaborated in detail,and it is distinguished from several other teaching methods similar to group reading teaching.Only when the group reading teaching method is understood,can it be used reasonably.The second chapter analyzes some problems existing in the classroom of traditional ancient poetry teaching from the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in senior high school through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the causes of the problems from objective and subjective aspects,which not only shows the particularity of ancient poetry and the pressure of college entrance examination,but also clarifies the shortcomings of students and teachers themselves,and comprehensively views of the problems existing in the teaching of ancient poetry in senior high school.Only by finding out the reasons for the existence of the ancient poetry class can we make the right remedy and make changes.Aiming at these problems existing in the traditional ancient poetry teaching,the third chapter explains the relative advantages of the ancient poetry group reading teaching in senior high school and its significance to students,teachers and textbooks,so as to explore the necessity of using the group reading teaching in the ancient poetry teaching in senior high school.The fourth chapter is the practical strategy of the ancient poetry group reading teaching in senior high school.It is also the key part of this paper.It discusses the practical strategies from the three key points of group reading teaching,issue,text and reaching consensus.First of all,it explains how to determine the teaching topic of ancient poetry group reading in senior high school,which can start from the background,content and language of ancient poetry.Secondly,to explain the issues that need to be paid attention to in the selection of texts,we should not only pay attention to the quantity and quality,but also pay attention to the Intertextuality between texts.Then it explains three ways of teaching ancient poetry group reading,which are multiple in class,extra-curricular and one with multiple.Finally,it reminds teachers to pay attention to the problems in the teaching of ancient poetry group reading,which can neither negate the significance of intensive reading,nor exaggerate the role of group reading at will.To sum up,this paper aims to inject vitality into the ancient poetry class of senior high school in the way of "group reading teaching",and improve the current teaching difficulties,hoping that this attempt can promote the development of ancient poetry teaching in senior high school.
