Indonesia is the country with the largest number of Chinese in the world.Chinese learning is developing with the support of national policies at present.The development of Chinese culture with the early childhood teaching in Indonesia is at a primary stage.So we need to know how to teach Chinese culture with the children and what the problem existing in the teaching process.Therefore,I used the one-year teaching opportunity at Bahua School in Indonesia.On the one hand,based on the theory of preschool children's linguistics,the Chinese language teaching work is constantly exploring and practicing,and I had accumulated rich practical work experience.Based on the current Chinese language policy in Indonesia,this paper analyzes the current situation of Chinese culture teaching in the school.At the same time,according to the requirements of the level and stage,the Chinese teachers and Indonesian teaching assistants in Bahua Kindergarten are properly investigated.This paper affirms the school's advantages of Chinese culture teaching,but also try to make suggestions for the shortcomings found in daily work.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which is mainly explained from the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and research summary.The second part is an overview of the Indonesian Bahua School.The basic situation and curriculum planning of Bahua School and Bahua Kindergarten were introduced.The third part is the current situation of Chinese culture teaching at Bahua Kindergarten in Indonesia.Combined with the current Chinese education background in Indonesia,the school's faculty strength and teaching materials,as well as the implementation of cultural teaching are introduced.The fourth part is the questionnaire survey and analysis.It mainly investigates and analyzes Chinese teachers from three parts: basic situation,understanding of Chinese culture and how to deal with cultural teaching.The fifth part is the advantages and shortcomings of Chinese culture teaching in Bahua Kindergarten.In addition to analyze the advantages existing in the teaching process and also pointed out some shortcomings:the imbalance of teacher allocation and educational level,the cultural teaching materials and teaching resources are not rich enough,the teaching equipment needs to be improved,the cultural teaching content is not reasonable enough,and the teaching methods are lack of interest and so on.The sixth part is the suggestion to improve the quality of Chinese culture teaching in Bahua Kindergarten.The seventh part is the conclusion.
