According to the requirements of the new Chinese curriculum standard,reading has become an indispensable part of the entire learning career,and in recent years,the exam-oriented education,is the reading part of the particularly important position.Good reading habits can not only enable students to acquire knowledge outside the classroom,but also improve the ability of independent learning.the middle and upper grades of primary school is an important stage for students to transition from primary school to junior high school,and it is also an important stage for students to develop their interest in learning.therefore,strengthening the cultivation of students' reading ability at this stage can improve their comprehensive quality and learning ability.And in the new curriculum standards also repeatedly stressed that students should read good books,good books,read more books,develop students' reading ability and improve their taste by reading a lot.The author,from the theoretical level,puts forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures for the problem of primary school students' extracurricular reading,arouses the attention of the society,teachers,schools and parents,and proposes feasible measures to solve the problems of students'extracurricular readingThis study mainly takes hongxin primary school in zhangye city as an example,and discusses and studies the extracurricular reading situation of rural primary schools based on the actual situation that the author understands.Rural education has always been a strategic focus of Chinese education,because of the uncoordinated economic development,people's backward ideas and other problems in rural education.As a very important part of rural education,extracurricular reading is not valued by local teachers,students and parents,which makes it difficult for extracurricular reading to take root in the rural area.Extracurricular reading as a rural primary school students outsides of class to improve Chinese accomplishment of the important ways,to the cultivation of rural primary school language organizational ability,independent learning ability,and form a good moral quality is of great significance,therefore in the process of research,the author mainly adopts interview,questionnaire survey,investigating the status of the current rural elementary school students' reading researchThe results show that there are still a lot of problems in rural primary school students 'extracurricular reading,such as students' little time for reading,blindness in reading,low interest in reading,and random reading.The author studies the purpose is to according to the existing problems,from the society,schools,teachers,parents and students themselves five since the reason analysis,thus it is concluded that the cause of this phenomenon,Put forward an effective and can improve students' reading ability strategy,master the methods of training students' reading habits of more,can give full play to the society,schools,teachers and parents in the role of student extracurricular reading,consolidate national education,better develop the rural pupils' good reading habits,to promote the all-round development of students,and strive to build reading society for.
