Education is of great significance to the development of human beings and society.In the new era,basic education has also entered a highly valued stage.Preschool education has gradually entered everyone's field of vision.At the same time,the emphasis on the quality of early childhood education makes us pay more and more attention to the ability and quality of educators.In response,the country has issued many documents to clarify the content of pre-school education and the abilities of kindergarten teachers.In 2012,the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers(Trial)" issued specific requirements for the professional abilities of kindergarten teachers.Subsequently,the State Council issued the "Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education"(hereinafter referred to as the "Decision")in 2014.The "Decision" clearly points out that it is necessary to train senior and middle-level skilled talents,improve the quality of workers,and form a modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics and world level.However,the professional ability and quality of the students majoring in pre-school education in higher vocational colleges,as the reserve troops for entering pre-school education institutions in the future,will affect the development of our pre-school education to some extent.Therefore,after the promulgation of various documents,the pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges also began to improve and adjust the training program for students of this major according to the requirements.Based on this,in order to better promote the construction of modern vocational education system,this paper takes the five-year pre-school education major of higher vocational education as an example to explore and analyze the current situation of professional ability training of students majoring in pre-school education of higher vocational education.This research focuses on the "current situation of professional ability training of pre-school education major students in a five-year vocational school in Zhengzhou city" to find out the problems or deficiencies existing in the process of professional ability training and to put forward constructive suggestions.In order to provide reference for the reform of higher vocational colleges.Firstly,the author analyzes the professional competence requirements of pre-school education at home and abroad.Then,according to the seven requirements of pre-school education in ourcountry,the author formulates questionnaires and open interviews to sort out the current situation of professional competence of students majoring in pre-school education in higher vocational colleges.Finally,according to the existing problems and deficiencies of students' professional competence,the author reflects on the problems in the training of professional talents in schools.The problems include: unclear cultivation purpose;The teaching content of specialized courses has not kept pace with the times.The connection between courses is weak,and the training of professional ability is less practical.The teaching method is single;The lack of guidance in teaching practice is not conducive to the acquisition of professional ability.In combination with the existing problems and deficiencies,the author proposes that the objectives of the training program should be clear.Increase the cohesion between courses and keep up with social needs;Reform the teaching mode;Strengthen pre-employment training.
