The National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) clearly claims that clearly claims that vocational education must adapt the requirement of the change of the economical development and the adjustment of the industry form before the year of 2020. Which embodies the lifelong educational concept, coordinated development of the modem vocational education system in the Junior and Senior vocational education system and meet the need of higher quality workers and skilled talents in economical society.Current lack of convergence between vocational and vocational, vague position, whether vocational school or college, only to plan courses and contents alone, based on the understanding of the nature of vocational education, without considering vocational and higher vocational education difference and hierarchy, thus, leading to neglect of vocational education for sustainable development and unattractive, lack of certain technical vocational education based on high-quality students and become a river without water, without trees, which led to the vocational education development crisis. While in the country for the development of a number of related vocational convergence of policies and requirements, but the status quo is still not optimistic vocational convergence..This study found that the current investigation, the vocational curriculum repeat, repeat the teaching content, resulting in a waste of educational resources, student learning is also a lack of enthusiasm. The reason is that, the vocational training objectives does not converge. This study was based on the concept of vocational education competency-based and employment-oriented vocational education of modern thinking, in the same professional and vocational students, groups of different positions with different abilities needed to start on the vocational training students’ professional ability to locate, clear differences in the abilities of students in vocational goals and curriculum as the purpose, vocational solve convergence problems. While vocational professional CNC machinery, for example, provide a reference for other professionals in vocational schools.This study is includes five parts.The first part of the paper describes the research background, the significance and necessity of vocational studies at home and abroad in the status quo. And select the appropriate research methods, the paper described the idea.The second part is Collected by the national development of vocational schools, colleges and universities in recent years, the Sichuan students enrolled in vocational, as well as Chengdu Electronic Information School, Chengdu and vocational secondary schools, vocational and technical schools of modern Chengdu, Chengdu Aeronautic Vocational and Technical College and other vocational institutions Higher Cohesion and other information in the case to explain the current status of vocational cohesion. Higher convergence in view of the current problems are described and analyzed in detail.The third part of the Students’ Vocation Ability Cohesion- Take Machinery NC Major of Middle Vocational as an Example. Through the vocational machinery NC Majors job needs elaborate, explicitly, the vocational students post CNC machinery group, job occupations and positions capabilities needed in order for vocational students’ professional ability CNC machinery positioning in order to achieve convergence of higher vocational education students’ vocational ability development.Part IV, respectively, from vocational education to enhance the attractiveness, vocational students change entrance examination mode and how to strengthen vocational colleges to vocational ability development as the core connotation construction were proposals to promote the vocational education students’ vocational Ability Cohesion.The fifth part is a summary of the study.
