Development Path Of Early Childhood Football In Lanzhou Based On AHP-SWOT

On March 26,2019,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the Circular on the Pilot Work of Football Special Kindergartens.This marks the national guidance of all kinds of kindergartens at all levels to carry out a wide range of early childhood football activities,campus football officially into kindergarten.And it also laid a solid foundation for achieving the medium-term goal in the overall plan of China's football reform and development to achieve a large increase in the youth football population.In the overall plan of football reform and development in China,it is clearly pointed out that to promote the popularization of campus football,football enters kindergarten in order to better respond to the reform plan and implement the national policy.This paper mainly takes the internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges in the development of preschool football in Lanzhou as the starting point for situation analysis.Taking the development path of preschool football in Lanzhou as the core problem,the weight value of each level judgment matrix of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in the development process of preschool football in Lanzhou is calculated by using AHP-SWOT analysis method,and the SWOT quadrilateral is constructed to calculate the center and area of the quadrilateral,so as to determine the development path suitable for Lanzhou preschool football.The subjective judgment of experts is expressed in the form of quantity,so as to achieve the combination of quantitative and qualitative,more scientific and systematic analysis of the development strategy of early childhood football in Lanzhou,to provide theoretical reference for relevant departments,and to provide advice for Lanzhou to better carry out early childhood football.From the four dimensions of SWOT analysis,we can see that the internal advantage has the greatest effect on the development of early childhood football in Lanzhou,and the external challenge has the least effect on the development of early childhood football in Lanzhou.The external opportunity and internal disadvantage weight out of the middle level,but the external opportunity weightis much higher than the internal disadvantage.Based on the analysis of appeal,it is concluded that Lanzhou preschool football should adopt the path of S-0development strategy.The specific paths are:1.take the reform area as the foundation,grasps the national policy,promotes the young child football movement in depth.2.based on colleges and universities,the development of young children football teachers.3.led by the Lanzhou Municipal Government to improve the Lanzhou City football access.4.City Football Association to strengthen efforts to promote the development of early childhood football match.
