SWOT Analysis And Governance Path Research On The Development Of Campus Football Characteristic Schools Under The Background Of Sports Education Integration

The proposal of sports education integration conforms to the trend of sports development in the new era and undertakes the responsibility and mission of promoting school sports reform in the new era.Under the new situation of deepening the integration of sports and education,comprehensively implementing quality education,focusing on the healthy development of teenagers,promoting the construction of schools with campus football characteristics with high quality,and further consolidating the foundation of football reserve talents are major strategic projects for China to achieve sports power.Using literature,questionnaire and other research methods,this study investigates the condition guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition and management system of 18 primary school football characteristic schools in Kunshan City,combs the internal and external environment of primary school football characteristic schools in Kunshan City through SWOT analysis,and constructs the governance path of campus football on the basis of governance theory.Conclusion:(1)In terms of management system,18 primary school football characteristic schools in Kunshan City have established campus football leading groups with clear division of labor,but the system still needs to be improved;In education and teaching,the methods and standards of teaching assessment and evaluation are single,and the development of school-based teaching materials is insufficient;In terms of training and competition,most schools have established school level teams,but only a few schools have established special class teams,school level teams and associations,and ordinary students have less opportunities to participate in school competitions;In terms of condition guarantee system,teachers,financial support and site facilities need to be improved in terms of scale and quantity.(2)The advantages of the development of Kunshan primary school football characteristic school: rich experience in overall development,the formation of promotion and popularization system,and the improvement of leadership support;Disadvantages: imperfect condition guarantee system,one-sided content and insufficient cultural construction;Opportunities: the support of a series of national policies,the bonus brought by the integration of sports and education,and the characteristic geographical advantages of Kunshan City;Threats: the alienation of the relationship between popularization and improvement,the impact of the contradiction between learning and training,and the diversion of other sports.Recommendations:(1)The development of campus football adheres to the concept of "health first" and the attitude of diversified,open,integrated and coordinated governance,and is committed to promoting the construction of eight campus football systems in the new era.(2)Based on the results of SWOT analysis,the development strategy of campus football should give full play to its advantages,make up for deficiencies,seize opportunities and avoid threats: learn from the practical achievements and experience of campus football for many years;Change the concept of quality education and take education as the starting point and foothold of campus football;Establish a correct outlook on the development of campus football and do not be eager for quick success and instant benefit;Seize the opportunity of deepening the integration of sports and education and national policy support,and improve the guarantee of conditions such as teacher allocation and venue funds.(3)The governance system of campus football should adhere to the five in one governance model and improve the responsibility,communication and supervision mechanism of collaborative governance of campus football.Strengthen the awareness of participation and improve the initiative of different governance subjects to participate in campus football;Build the partnership between different subjects in campus football work and improve the cooperation of different governance subjects;Do a good job in the top-level design of campus football system and improve the standardization of different governance subjects.
