Yoga,as a body training method,has been paid attention and welcomed by many people,especially women,with its rich types and the sports attitude of pursuing the unity of body and mind.Moreover,yoga practice does not require high requirements for venues and equipment,so it is ready and convenient.It uses some simple postures to help the athletes to find the body feeling and muscle control,at the same time with breathing to achieve a focused exercise state,so as to achieve the basic goal of promoting physical health,strengthening physique and beautifying body shape.This paper makes a comparative analysis of two kinds of yoga,namely,the research on the influence of Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates Yoga on the physical fitness of female college students.This paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics to carry out a two-month experimental training for 90 students in the school of Arts of Shandong Normal University.Through the form of experiment to verify the effect of Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates Yoga on the physical fitness of female college students.Through the experiment to obtain the data and analyze the data,the following conclusions are drawn(1)Yoga plays an important role in improving the flexibility of female college students.(2)The influence of yoga exercise intervention on the physical quality of female college students is reflected in the strengthening of body control ability.The results showed that the time of treadmill support and the time of sitting against the wall increased in varying degrees,but the effect of Pilates was more obvious in the indicators of sitting against the wall,which showed that both Astanga exercise and Pilates emphasized the control of movement and muscle,and played a more significant role in improving the muscle and muscle endurance of female college students.Pilates has obvious effect on improving leg muscle strength of female college students.In training,the two training methods can be combined according to different training needs.(3)after yoga training,the index of standing with one foot closed eyes is improved,and yoga training method can be adopted in the training ofbalance ability.(4)Yoga has a set of complete training system and content.After a period of exercise,the subjects can train independently,and do not have to rely on the instructor's command.Moreover,it has high requirements for body orthosis,which is not easy to cause sports injury.
